Beautiful new boutique hotel, beach front on a quiet coast of the Aegean. Owners present. Excellent food, breakfast. Beautiful gardens and set up.
Perfect for a stop traveling between Bodrum and Istanbul.
mükemmel
Fabulous week spent at this hotel. Food was excellent: beautifully prepared with fresh local ingredients and many items like jams prepared on site. The chef even came to our table to explain ingredients and preparation when we asked. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. And it was!
Mutlaka denenmeli .
Thıs is a good looking low rise Hotel set in very attractive grounds. Our room was of reasonable size, neither large nor small, but nicely decorated with a well presented shower room. There was a small balcony with a nice view over the gardens to the sea.
Many of the staff were young women and the service was very pleasant.
Our room rate included our evening meal (indeed I’m.not sure if there are any restaurants nearby) but the food was profoundly disappointing with some bland and under seasoned cold mere followed by a couple of hot meze, one of which was a very chewy and inedible borek. The main course was even worse in that it was a seriously over-cooked fish in a simple tomato and onion sauce. Neither of us could eat it and they offered to grill us a sea base as an alternative, it was o.k.but again completely uninspiring; I would hope that I would always cook something better. The dessert was a rice and milk pudding which was also bland.
The chef did come out to talk to us and make some excuses. Curiously his explanation for the first fish was that “Turks like their fish over cooked”!
The breakfast the next day was a better effort but nowhere near as good as it should have been. I was also somewhat amused to find that I was charged for my cappuccino (only Turkish coffee is included in the room/meal package).
