Location was good, near the airport.

Cons:

Car park charges. It wasn't very clear at the time of the booking that the hotel charged for car parking. The hotel check in staff wasn't very helpful either. No hand-wash in one of the bathrooms in my room, called up housekeeping and they kept me waiting for 40 minutes to fill up the hand-wash.

Very bad experience, won’t be staying again. Very disappointed.
Pros:

NOTHING, very bad experience. From a lot of mould in the shower. A/c unit wouldn’t turn off at all, was stuck on cold and blowing smelly air. The man at the reception desk charged me three times for the security deposit (rude and wouldn’t explain what was going on). The access card wouldn't work anywhere(lift,car park, room door) very frustrating, asked for a new card they just tried to reset the original card which still didn’t work. Electric blinds wouldn’t come down in the bed room. Room was not ready for our agreed enter time. The 3rd bed was not made, no spare bedding for the bed to be made, called the font desk said they would send someone up. Took way too long so I went and found a worker myself that helped out. Very disappointed with the quality of the property and staff. Very over priced to stay and still have to pay for parking. Don’t think I’ll be booking here again.

A good place to overnight before flying out from Sydney airport
Pros:

Room was spacious, pool and gym facilities were good. There was a problem with my room when I arrived and the staff quickly and very kindly provided a different room as soon as possible. The walk distance to the domestic terminal isn't too far if you like walking but with luggage we decided to get the mini bus which was prompt and quick to the airport

Cons:

Bed a little on the hard side but the great thing was you can ask reception to have a mattress topper placed on the mattress.
