Great hotel with very comfortable bed & pillows.
Pros:

Great hotel very close to the airport. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

The restaurant needs some work. On the first day they completely lost my order and the staff seem too focused on cleaning to pay attention to the customers. On the second day I had to go and tell the staff our food was ready. I could see the food sitting at the service window, but again the staff were off cleaning and not watching.....even just a bell for the chef to ring so that staff can realise that there is food ready would be a step forward! On both occasions there were less than 4 people in the restaurant so it wasn't even a "too busy" scenario.

The level of quality has severely diminished over the last two years. I wouldn’t bother spending the money here.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice before, and have always enjoyed it. It’s nice and close to the airport and the rooms have big balconies and are well equipped.

Cons:

If you’re not staying on the Robey St side you are seriously short changed - the noise pollution over there is unbelievable, with a freight train line, the airport and a major road meaning you have noise constantly. The Robey St side is so peaceful. The rooms should be two drastically different prices. I could feel wooden slats through the mattress. The keycard lock on the door stopped working, and the maintenance person told me to leave a chair propping the door open while I went down to collect a delivery because he was on a break. It just felt like a really different level of quality to my previous stays, and I don’t think I’ll bother going back.

Great convenient stay in a really nice hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

All the staff at the hotel - the reception, the rooftop bar and the restaurant were absolutely exceptional. The good in 'Nates' was top notch and the bar facilities superb.

Cons:

Service was a little slow in the bar to begin with but once other staff members arrived it was great.

Easy stay - close to airport.
Pros:

Good size room. Good amenities. Close to airport. Clean and fresh.

Cons:

The staff were a little bit exhausted and under a lot of pressure at the time of check in.

Great place to reat after a busy holiday
Pros:

The staff really looked after us, it was my wifes 50th, and they went out of their way to make her feel special.

The bed was awesome, great after a few weeks away, and the morning dip in the pool was also very welcome

Cons:

A bit noisy with the window open... but hey, the location is super conveniant next to the airport. Cant hold that against them

Pros:

The beds were comfy and the set up was good, so you could sit on the couch and the table and chairs with beds to the right. The coffee pods were great. Nice big deck. Great location if you are flying in or out and good sound proofing when doors closed.

Cons:

There needs to be a strong door stop, so you can go in and out to the deck and let air in your room. Would have prefered a room with the modern bathroom rather than the disability toilet and shower as not required.
