Lovely hotel close to airport and the city.
Pros:

Had to get staff to come unlock one of the bedrooms as it was locked. After a long day of travel and events, this was not fun to deal with at midnight

Pros:

Spacious and airy guest room.
Remarkable in-room amenities (fridge, freezer!, dishwasher, cook top, washer-dryer)- though redundant for me since mine was only an overnight stay.
Very friendly and helpful checking-in and checking-out.
Large, heated, indoor lap pool and jacuzzi.
Convenient location to Sydney Airport - very walkable if you have the correct direction.

Cons:

Lack of a curtain or partition between (a fairly good ) shower and rest of bathroom.
Lack of a free airport shuttle.
On-site restaurant- steep prices relative to the portions served. For example- my laksa noodle bowl came with exactly 2 small shrimps, a single small scallop, 2 small cubes of fish, and a whole lot of liquid.

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff. Great location if travelling and need a stop over hotel.

Cons:

Booked a Studio Suite and was given an Accessible Room, which we did not need. Room was grubby and dusty, pillows had odour and there was a stain on carpet that had a foul odour. Did not sleep due to location of room next to stairs well and major air con units. Compressor noise from air conditioning was incredibly loud. I approached reception to see if we could re locate as hotel was not busy and staff were less than helpful and really didn't give a .... ! Even noise cancelling headphones did not drown out noise.

Very disappointing experience.
Pros:

Swimming pool and sauna.

Cons:

Given wrong room upon check in - not one that I booked for. Room not clean enough. Soup and conditioner missing in bathroom. Shower had soap on the floor, very unsafe during shower. Soap holder broken and spilling soap in vanity. Noisy room couldn’t sleep all night. Train rail right next to room and noisy all night.
