Great stay and good value for money
Pros:

Restaurant was great - food and staff couldn't fault - well done.

Room was clean, well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

A little noisy from the planes, but only for a while.

Great facilities, close to airport- just need to be more flexible with check in time

Good facilities, excellent room and roof top bar.

Cons:

Disappointed with hotel inflexibility during check in. 2:30 way too late when you’ve been on flights all night, paid top price for a room you just want to get in and relax. Reception was crammed with disappointed groups just waiting to get into their room. I left 7 am next morning so didn’t have use of the room for as long as I would expect, felt for staff, obvious direction from management. Been travelling constantly for 6 weeks and this was my worst check in experience!

Comfortabel, maar slecht ingewerkt personeel

Het meubilair was ok. Ook weinig geluidsoverlast.

Cons:

Personeel weet niet wat ze doen. Na heel lang inchecken, bleek kaart van de kamer niet geactiveerd. De door booking.com beloofde kamer upgrade niet gekregen. Vervolgens kom ik met de auto niet uit de slagboom met het kaartje dat ik daarvoor gekregen had. De volgende ochtend vals brandalarm: personeel nergens te bekennen; niemand weet wat te doen.

Brilliant!!
Pros:

Amazing luxury apartments! We had our own rooms despite booking a twin which was sooo appreciated! Lovely balcony, great facilities (coffee machine, washer/dryer etc). Extremely comfortable beds with a lovely firm mattress (no soggy bed springs here!), fluffy towels. Amazing and extremely good value on site restaurant. Loved the pool and sauna!!

Cons:

There was a constant beeping noise we figured out was the dishwasher after listening to it for a day. Quite a lot of marks all over the walls which wouldn’t take too long to touch up.

Not what it used to be
Pros:

The location is fantastic for getting to and from the airport. The pool & sauna are also a great bonus. No other airport hotels offer these facilities. The rooftop bar is also a pleasant spot for a drink at happy hour. There was a new man on at reception who was a breath of fresh air.

Cons:

We've been choosing the Branksome for many years now. It's a pity to see the rooms getting so worn out & shabby. Things aren't being maintained well. The block out shutters were frayed & when I raised them in the morning, one caught on a coffee table which was too close & the other nearly pulled over a floor lamp which then crashed into the window. The tablet for accessing the room service facilities was also broken so we requested a menu to be brought up & rooom service had to be ordered over the phone. Reception staff seem so disinterested & seem to be merely going through the motions. I stopped out the front of the hotel on arrival & had a long wait before anyone was available to assist with luggage .On checkout, it wasn't busy, yet we weren't issued appropriate vouchers for the prebooked airport shuttle which was inconvenient when it came time to hurry on board with a stressed out shuttle driver waiting impatiently.
The gentleman that finally checked me in was exceptional but sadly, he was an exception & his service was the only highlight of the stay. Hopefully his energy will give the team a lift.

Reserve 2 departamentos pero uno implementado para minusválidos y no fue solicitado asi. El tema del baño se complicó, la ducha mojó todo el departamento
