Check in process needs a complete review by the management. Big thanks to Maria and Fadi

Clean and good location

Cons:

Check in process was horrible. It took almost 2 hours till my issues got solved after the intervention of the respectable staff Maria. Dinner in my 1st day was very poor, but thanks to Mr.Fadi who managed to cater to my feedback on spot and managed the situation very well

The room was spacious

Cons:

Disappointing experience overall. We had to wait around 75 minutes for bathrobes and water to be delivered to our room, which is far too long for such a basic request. The room was also missing essential amenities like a dental kit and vanity kit. Small details like these make a difference, and unfortunately the service did not meet expectations.

سوء التنظيم والتأخير في استلام الغرفة .. وصلت للفندق الساعه 3:00 وانتظرت ساعة .. وعند استلام الغرفة كان العامل لازال ينظفها .. الفندق سيئ من ناحية التكييف الممرات حارة طبعاً وصلت الى الفندق وكنسلت الحجز ولم اكمل الاقامه

لم يتم الاستقبال بأحترام الزوار وبالأخص المواطنين والمدير لا يعرف كيف ان يتصرف في حل مشكله
وتم تأخيرنا بأستلام الغرف 6 ساعات ولم نحصل على حل استلمنا الغرفه في وقت متأخر وايضاً الغرف لم تكن نظيفه جداً
المدير لم يتعامل مع الزوار بأسلوب جيد وعند طلبنا التحدث مع المدير لم يخرج للاستقبال بل تجاهل المشكله

Meet expectations

The bath tub was stunning, the bed and pillow you feel like you sleep in the cloud the room was amazing,

The service it takes to long to arrive when you request something, like ash tray, toiletries, sleepers,etc. over all you will love the stay except of the service thats need to improve more.in addition the pool was to small but very good views.
