Overall a good stay! Staff especially were accommodating and friendly

Property is beautiful but they had construction going on. We checked in at 5 am and were woken up at 10 am by loud drilling noises that felt like it was right outside our room. Next day the drilling started at 9 am . We were very sleep deprived. We needed to sleep in the afternoon as we had a flight at 3.45 am the next day and asked for a room change . We got the keys and managed to have access to the safe. We ventured out leaving a message with reception to move our packed bags to the new room. We arrived at 3 pm and no bags were in our room. Had to wait another 30 mins before our bags arrived. We could only nap for an hour and half before heading out for a dinner with Family. On our arrival back to the hotel we packed and headed out to the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel manager and staff were very apologetic and tried to look after us but that didn’t help with sleep deprivation.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. friendly and helpful receptionist and staff.
Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The best place I have ever stayed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is amazing and the food options are fantastic. From the hospitality to the food to the facilities. This places makes me want to go back to Dubai just so I can stay there again.

Excelentes instalaciones, me he alojado en el apto de 1 dormitorio + salon. Vale la pena pagar un poco mas para tener vistas al Creek y todo el skyline de Dubai. Servicio impecable, siempre atentos y rapidos para ayudar. No he desayunado, pero las veces que he pedido comida en la habitacion excelente. El apto. está equipado con todo lo quebuno pueda necesitar, máquina de cafe de capsulas Lavazza, hervidor, lavadora, frigo, micro, plancha, 2 televisores etc.Todo amplio, moderno y limpio.

The hotel, though it claims to be 5-star, did not feel so judging from the ambience - the lobby, lifts, decor, etc were a bit dull-looking. Maybe the hotel is old.

The rooms are perfect, though. Had a small kitchenette as well as washing machine, both which we did not use.

The beds are hard enough for a desi - not too soft! This, personally, was a plus point for us.

Bathtub was a little inconvenient as we prefer walk-in showers. Also there was no pull-out line for drying clothes there.
We got a drying rack upon request.

Breakfast was excellent! Huge variety and felt luxurious. Unluckily there was no karak chai. (This hotel caters more to Westerners)

Getting a taxi is not that easy from the hotel; it all depends on luck.

We want to start this review with a deep and sincere thank you — a massive thank you that words can’t fully express.

We were stranded in Dubai due to a security situation in our home country, and flights were canceled for a period of time. When we came to this hotel, they gave us everything we needed and truly helped us through a difficult time.

We booked an apartment with a washing machine, and they upgraded us at no extra charge. Thank you to the amazing staff for their outstanding service — from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself is luxurious, and the rooms are brand new, very clean, and incredibly comfortable.

This is not our first time here — about a year ago we also stayed at their regular hotel (not the apartments), and it was just as luxurious with excellent service.

The location is also great — very close to Dubai Mall for those who need it, and there are supermarkets nearby as well.
There’s plenty of convenient parking, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the air conditioning was perfect — they simply made us feel at home.

Their prices are extremely affordable compared to the high value and luxury you receive, also u have very good pool at the top roof, with a view to Dubai marina

If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would.

Our 4 night stay was amazing. Special mention to Selina and Azra who were amazing in making sure our stay was special for our 10th wedding anniversary.

We loved our stay , staff very friendly, the breakfast was amazing , very clean, the pool and the gym was great, location was great too!

Wer auf der Suche nach einem Stadthotel ist: Nicht weitersuchen, sondern direkt dieses hier buchen!! Das Hotel liegt am Creek und bietet vom Pool in der 13. Etage eine phänomenale Sicht auf die Skyline von Dubai!! Unser Apartment in der obersten, 17. Etage, hatte denselben Blick: Grandios!!!
Unsere Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche als Stadthotel offen. Wer allerdings nicht 10-15 Minuten zur nächsten Metro-Station laufen möchte, eine großzügige Pool-Landschaft mit vielen Liegen oder einen eigenen Strandzugang sucht, sollte sich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden! Das Hotel bietet Shuttle-Bus-Verbindungen zum Kite-Beach (2x am Tag), zur Dubai Mall (1x am Tag) und zur Mall of the Emirates (1x am Tag) an. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zum Flughafen, aber NICHT in der Flugschneise - wir haben zu keiner Zeit Fluglärm wahrnehmen können!
Alles in allem: Ein tolles Stadthotel mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - wir kommen wieder!!
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der 145qm-Apartmentbeschreibung ist zu entnehmen, dass es über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder verfügt. Das stimmte so bei unserem Apartment nicht: Wir hatten 2 Badezimmer und 1 Gäste-WC. Hier sollte die Beschreibung angepasst werden, um Missverständnissen/Problemen/Schwierigkeiten vorzubeugen.

Came home this morning from eight days at this fabulous hotel

Extremely high calibre in every aspect and I would highly recommend a stay if you are visiting Dubai

The place is pristine and all staff are exceptional and industrious

We had the all inclusive package and the accommodation on floor eleven was fantastic with breathtaking views of the creek

The food was excellent in the salt and pepper buffet restaurant as it was in Morgan’s gastro pub

We also ate in Gusto Italian restaurant and had lunch at the poolside on floor thirteen on several occasions

The location is excellent as a base for exploring the delights of Dubai

In summary this is our third visit to Dubai in recent years and it was made extremely pleasurable by the efforts of all at the hotel

A very big thank you to everyone for a marvellous experience
