Pros:

Had issues with Hotels.com confirmed 2 room booking but not confirmed at hotel so 4 of us were stranded, but credit to the owner and staff at the hotel gave us a room that wasn’t finished for renovation to help us out, then gave us a room each on the second night but we had to pay cash after already paying through Hotels.com
