Fabulous compassionate service
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful, allowed us a late check out until 6pm (reasonable charge), very grateful as fleeing missiles in Dubai.
Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, spoke to us personally, said we could wait in lobby as long as needed, use facilities and arranged a taxi to airport, amazing service to weary and slightly traumatised travellers, thank you so much.

No bath towels in the room when I checked in. Had to call 3 times to get the towels

Short but sweet
Pros:

Excellent, well trained and fundamentally caring people. Facilities old but very well maintained. Location superb for Muscat Airport obviously.

Comfortable stay close to airport
Pros:

We stayed here in our last night before an early flight home. The staff were friendly and helpful, no problem getting a taxi to the airport at 3am. It’s a short drive to the airport.

Very convenient hotel for the airport, super-helpful staff and good food.
Pros:

We stayed at the Novotel Muscat twice during our visit to Oman; the night we arrived and the night before we returned home.

On both occasions the staff were absolutely charming, were super-helpful and were very professional. Check in and check out were really quick and easy.

There is an excellent buffet-style breakfast and, although we did not eat in the evenings, the buffet supper looked good too.

The hotel is only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport so is very convenient.

Cons:

We cannot think of anything we didn't like!.

Pros:

Laatste dag van onze rondreis door Oman. Moderne kamers met een heerlijke douche en voortreffelijk bed. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker. Vriendelijk personeel. Een half uur rijden naar Muscat centrum.

Not recommended. Not clean. Value if money is the worst.
Pros:

The location. Near to the airport which suits my needs.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean at all. Used socks under the bed. In addition to dust everywhere. Bottles caps under the bed. The furniture is so old and dirty. The room key at least used by 100 guests before me.
