Our room was perfect, a small suite, very quiet with the best air conditioner for sleeping I have experienced in travelling.
This hotel was very good , front desk staff has good behaviour specially a girl named Huria was so helpful and nice, room cleanliness was good and quality of breakfast was also very good. The location was near to Airport and City Centre shopping mall. Besides there are some points that may need their management attention: 1- the height of bath tub was very high even for normal people it is hard to step in. 2- in their bath and WC there were no fan to refresh the air inside.
The staff was very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Muscat Airport Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team for their outstanding service.
A special thank you to Ellaine, whose warm smile and positive attitude made every interaction pleasant and welcoming. Priyanka demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ensuring guests felt comfortable and well cared for. Asim was very calm, accommodating, and professional, making every request effortless and stress-free. I would also like to commend Laila, an excellent supervisor with superb understanding, professionalism, and leadership qualities that were clearly reflected in the team's performance.
The overall experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel services were truly top-notch, delivered with great attention to detail and guest satisfaction. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay.
The beautiful swimming pool was an added bonus and perfectly complemented the excellent breakfast experience, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire Novotel Muscat Airport Hotel team for providing such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
