Exactly as expected from Novotel.
Pros:

Typical Novotel, but, the restaurant was particularly good.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but some aspects coud have been better (my personal taste).

Pros:

Technically NOTHING, DO NOT STAY THERE. STAFF IS TELLING LIES AND FALSE COMMITTING THINGS.

Cons:

I specifically requested a certain room, and your team confirmed it through Booking.com. The moment I arrived at reception, I was bluntly denied what was already agreed. That is misleading and completely unacceptable.

I then requested room service assistance, and it took your team over 1 hour to resolve the problem. Calling reception was equally frustrating — I had to wait more than 5 minutes just for someone to answer the phone. For a hotel claiming professional service, this level of response is embarrassing.

The room itself was equally disappointing — chairs making constant creaking noise, poor maintenance standards, and lighting so dark that the entire room felt depressing rather than comfortable.

This has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I would never recommend this hotel to any family member, friend, colleague, or business associate. The service standards, communication, and overall guest experience are far below acceptable expectations.
