Piękne tło, tylko ten zapach nie pasuje do wyglądu.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dworzec centralny w pobliżu. Piękna podłoga drewniana, marmur w łazience i WC, klimatyczne pokoje, mimo centrum, cisza za oknem i widok na plac Narutowicza. Nie miałam problemu z kodami wejściowymi.

Cons:

Pokój znajduje się na 5 piętrze kamienicy bez windy ( jest to opisane w mailu ), brak informacji na drzwiach klatki wejściowej ( w mailu jest wytłumaczone, która to klatka) może być utrudnieniem. Zapach po wejściu do części mieszkalnej jak dezynfekcja w toitoiu, mdły, nieprzyjemny, na szczęście rano tylko lekko wyczuwalny. Pokoje schludne, z ręcznikiem, łóżko mało wygodne, ale czyste. W części wspólnej jest jedno WC i oddzielna łazienka z prysznicem, lodówka i podstawowe utensylia. Nie najlepiej utrzymana czystość, ale przyszłam wieczorem i mogła to być sprawka mieszkańców 🤭. Mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale przy tej cenie przydałby się jakiś odświeżacz powietrza i możliwość wygodniejszego napełnienia czajnika wodą.

Duze mieszkanie w starym stylku. Pokój z widokiem na Palac Kultury w starej kamienicy.
Przemiła i sumienna Pani sprzątająca.
Czajnik oraz kawa i herbata w pokoju 😁

Cons:

To jest 5 PIĘTRO, A windy BRAK. Ciężko dotrzeć z dużym bagażem...
Nie ma prawdziwej kuchni - jest za to czajnik w pokoju.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko a przy tym jest cicho i spokojnie. Budynek czysty, zadbany. Pokój duży, przestronny, czysty, do naszej dyspozycji mieliśmy kawę, herbatę.

Pros:

Понравилось всё впринцыпе. Был только один минус,нет лифта..

Cons:

Было всё хорошо. Один минус нет лифта и с вещами было очень тяжело подняться. Бесплатный спорт от которого руки и ноги дрожали )))
