Eclectic decor, clean spacious room.

Very unique hotel with interesting artwork and fixtures. The shower is perfect, very clean and built for two. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Staying at hotel Zaza was as amazing as it usually is, but this trip was made extra special by Kelley. She did everything to make our trip special for our family. She is an amazing employee and makes those tell Zaza feel like a home away from home.

My wife and I take “staycations” about every other month and never stay anywhere else but ZaZa Houston Memorial City. The accommodations are top notch, as usual. But my biggest review comment is about Chef Saran! She is an AMAZING chef!!! Her charcuterie boards filled with fruits, meats, cheeses, nuts, and breads are nothing short of a rare painting every time we come to ZaZa! She always accommodates our needs (we are gluten free, so we do have restrictions), and goes WELL BEYOND our anticipation of her masterpieces every single time we come to ZaZa.

If you have time to visit the restaurant in ZaZa, DO IT! You will not be disappointed. And be sure to say hi the Chef Saran if she is around. A wonderful person full of time and passionate about her craft.

Atmosphere and food were excellent. Our waiter, William, provided great service and offered suggestions that we enjoyed! Cozy place for dinner! We recommend!

We had an amazing experience checking in with Jackie and Lindsey! They are great ambassadors and the first faces you see at the front desk. We’re here for our anniversary and a work Christmas party. They were so patient and kind helping my wife and I. My Wife deals with chronic pain and was using her cane. The ladies offered a wheel chair and helped us get a room with a bathtub for her to soak. The rooms are stunning and amazing with comfy beds and bathrobes. Walter was awesome and brought us our champagne with a smile and fresh cookies. First time here and our new favorite Hotel! All luxury here! Best staff ever and they should all be recognized! Merry Christmas!!

ZaZa hotel is modern and relaxing. The beds are comfortable the showers and beautiful! Tea and coffee set up on every floor in the morning. Luxury.

Malita who works at the restaurant down stairs is the best. She even remembered our orders the next day. True gem of a human.

The breakfast is great too — I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they could accommodate.

The location was perfect to everything from dinner breakfast and night on the town. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The front desk beautiful ladies Kelly and Jackie was soo nice courteous and very accommodating. They made sure our wedding anniversary stay was the bomb. This was a great stay vacation for us and to have these ladies smiling each time we saw them and know our names made the experience even better. I don’t want to forget the Zispa lady Ashely that makes sure our couples massage was awesome. We were able to relax and enjoy the 50 minute massage along with mediation time was great. Thank you ZaZa hotel on memorial drive for the great experience. We are already looking into coming back form New Year’s Eve to celebrate my husband’s birthday and bring in the new year. Thank you Jackie Kelly and Ashley for showing how customer service should be done.

Good food, great service, friendly staff. Nice restaurant- William was my server - delightful. Rooms and clean and well appointed. Coffee delicious.

Wunderbares Hotel

Front desk staff was friendly. Valet was also friendly. Our favorite time during our hotel stay was when we encountered Krubel at the restaurant. He took care of our entire family (20 of us), he was professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. He truly made experience positive and memorable. Mary was also amazing, kind, helpful and very professional as well.

Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. Also enjoyed the restaurant down stairs and received the best service from Alex and Krubel! Will definitely stay here the next time I am in town!!

The Zaza Hotel offers a genuinely excellent and tranquil stay.
The location is superb, situated in a notably safe area next to the Memorial Mall with convenient parking. Inside, the atmosphere is classic and wonderfully quiet. Rooms are a decent size and maintained with impeccable cleanliness by the dedicated housekeeping team.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the front desk staff for their exceptional service. A special thanks to Mr. Josh and Jackle; their support was truly invaluable and greatly enhanced my visit. Highly recommended.

Hello! I am very excited to share my most pleasant experience at the ZaZa hotel in Houston. I am HUGE fan of not just good but EXCELLENT customer service. Jackie at the front desk greeted me with a smile, she was attentive, she helped me through a couple of issues with my large group (15 people) and sent us on our way pretty quickly. She was very professional and made me cement this hotel experience in my mind... I will be back! You should do yourselves a favor and get top notch customer service from a gorgeous hotel and staff that is truly ready to serve their customers.

It was an absolute delight staying at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City! My spouse completely surprised me with a full night and day of activities for my birthday, and everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived, Kelley made us feel pampered and welcomed during check-in — setting the tone for a truly special stay. The fun continued all evening as we enjoyed drinks and great conversation with the fantastic staff at the bar. The next morning, I was treated to a relaxing massage at ZaSpa followed by a delicious breakfast.
