Pros:

No breakfast was available
The service and cleanliness at SUN1 Port Elizabeth were good during my stay. However, the hotel lacks lifts entirely, and we were placed on the 3rd floor. Fortunately, I was using my crutches and not my wheelchair during this trip, or getting to the room would have been impossible. Additionally, the toilet seat was cracked and pinched my bum every time I sat on it. While the staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean, the venue is absolutely not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with severe mobility issues due to the lack of elevators
