Pros:

It's very clean,convenient and close to the shops.

Cons:

Size of the shower and tiolet they're very small which makes it difficult to turn around, also the bed was hard but I would recommend it to friends and family

Location and the price.

Cons:

Presenting and ID when you have proof in your email. Also the bed needs to be changed. Shower door not closing properly, shower door rubber worn out.
