Very nice veiw hotel

Mosquito issue and the property is not very well maintained. The front desk staff is helpful and changed the room. Overall experience is not pleasant. Still give credit to the front desk staff Lankie. She’s professional

Pros:

I am with my family, including a child, and we are having a wonderful time together. The room is clean, spacious, and offers a great view. The service here is also excellent.

We are very comfortable and enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice rooms but service needs to improve
Pros:

The hotel rooms were big and clean, with a lovely bath tub. However, despite that we had asked for a non smoking floor, there was a smell of smoke in the corridors two days in a row. Also, the room service is extremely slow. When we complained, the staff were indeed accommodating and tried to make our stay more pleasant by offering us wine and cake. In general, when it comes to service, the attention to detail isn’t there so if you’re looking for a five star hotel experience, you might be disappointed. The location isn’t central but it’s only a 15 minute taxi ride to the centre and taxis are very affordable.
Most staff spoke some English so we were able to communicate fairly easily.
