If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side.

O hotel é simplesmente sensacional! Atendimento impecável. Fomos com nosso filho de 9 meses e atenderam todas as solicitações, inclusive ao fazer refeições para ele sem sal.

O hotel fica no alto de uma montanha então o ideal é ter um carro para se locomover caso queira visitar Lucerna (20 minutos de carro do hotel), pois Uber quase não aceita corridas para o hotel.

Apesar disto, a estrutura do hotel é sensacional! Comida muito boa, todos os funcionários extremamente cordiais e dispostos a ajudar.

Internet de alta qualidade, cama extremamente confortável, chuveiro com ótima pressão, enfim, tudo ótimo!

Very expensive. The hotel is great. Very good facility and amenities. And the view is amazing. But!! the price doesn’t worth it. We stayed at other hotels in the area and while they were simpler hotels - they were great. And the breakfast was as good if not better. And the room was the same size. And they coast 25%
