Pros:

Excellent location for Westfield Shopping Centre and tube stations.. Room was clean, quite spacious, large shower cubicle as some Hotels we have stayed the shower has been so small you can hardly move. Food was good too, lots of variety. Staff were polite and friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was that there was not a wardrobe in the room for hanging our clothes, just some hangers on a rail. Apart from that we were really happy with everything else.

Sleepless nights due to constant noise from trains
Pros:

The design of the lobby. Very unique and creative.
The location of the hotel, close to Westfield shopping center, buses and trains.

Cons:

The location of the room was just above the railways. It was impossible to sleep !!! Trains kept racing by, day and night (often 3 at once) and the noise was absolutely unbearable, despite the closed window. There were ear plugs by the bed but this is not a comfortable solution for a peaceful night.
Also, the air-conditioning is set to a temperature which can't be changed. The room was much too hot and opening the window was NOT an option.
The hotel was fully booked, so there was no available room to move to and after 5 sleepless night I couldn't wait to leave :(

Not what we expected
Pros:

Modern and vibrant decor

Cons:

No wine glasses but they sell wine so just gave me a 1/2 pint glass . Food was microwaved and food didn’t come out at the same time as friends although we ordered at the same time and they realised they had forgot to prepare one of the meals . Booked a twin room in advance but when we arrived we had a small double
Said rooms were soundproof but our room 333 was next to train track and trains kept us awake all night
