Always clean, staff is always friendly. The bedding is nice and the mattress comfortable. Breakfast area is always clean and well stocked

We were at the hotel for just one night. Dated decor and lacking in maintenance. (Peeling drywall, mold in shower)

The room was spacious and clean And the staff was friendly. My husband and i were traveling with our toddler and this room allowed plenty of space for him to explore. The breakfast was fine enough, though a few of the tables were a bit sticky. I will say though, the location of the hotel was great. It's right next to a grocery store, a gas station, and a few restaurants. It's in very close driving distance to a little bit of shopping as well

Typical Hampton Inn. There was construction going on but it wasn't an issue. Front desk staff were very nice which I appreciate. I had a nice chat with the ladies at the front and they were pleasant and lovely. I accidentally spilled coffee in the hallway outside my room and called down and the lady at the front was very kind. I told my husband do not use a towel to soak it up and the lady at the front confirmed that as we would likely incur a charge for staining the towel. The young woman who came to clean it did so quickly and it was like it never happened which was good because I felt really bad about it. I even apologized to her when I saw her cleaning it and she was so nice about it.
Room was clean and comfortable but definitely could use an update. Weird stains on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.
Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn with hot and cold options and of course waffles, which I always enjoy.
I would love more plugs by the bed but it wasn't awful or anything. I would also love firmer pillows, but again, not a huge problem. Barn style sliding door on the bathroom was weird.
Location is very good, close to the freeway, restaurants, and stores, Meijer is right next door.
Good Wifi which is always appreciated. AC was very strong (it was hot out so that was great).
Would stay again when in the area.

Hotel is definitely showing its age. Couldn’t really figure out how to work the thermostat. Plumbing and fixtures seemed like they weren’t professionally installed. Room did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly upon checking in. Found a dirty pair of socks from a previous guest.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, it ends there. It’s in dire need of a remodel as the toilet could only be flushed by pulling the chain inside the tank and the bathroom door knob was falling off. The staff couldn’t keep up with food prep, so my husband got a tablespoon of each hot food. Needed more staff to help.
