It was a difficult turn off the highway if you didn’t know where it was.
The staff was very kind and very hospitable.

Cons:

The room received too much light from the road in the highway and it made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep. We could’ve used another chair in the room and a coffee pot would’ve been nice.

Cons:

Carpet in rooms are filthy, we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels and the correct amount of towels daily, access to the pool is not by room card you need to get someone from the front desk, small pool and not very clear water, ice machine broken on 3rd floor

Really Bad Maintenance
Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Smell bad when we walk out from elevator.
Garbage was on every corner of the hotel and some outside room doors.
Found bedbugs in room, was reported to staff at 4:00AM in morning.
Staff said he is just an employee, we have to discuss with management in the morning.
