Not wonderful
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Carpet in rooms are filthy, we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels and the correct amount of towels daily, access to the pool is not by room card you need to get someone from the front desk, small pool and not very clear water, ice machine broken on 3rd floor

Really Bad Maintenance
Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Smell bad when we walk out from elevator.
Garbage was on every corner of the hotel and some outside room doors.
Found bedbugs in room, was reported to staff at 4:00AM in morning.
Staff said he is just an employee, we have to discuss with management in the morning.

Very good!
Pros:

Efficient. Breakfast was fantastic! I like the room set up and the barn door separating the spaces. Most areas felt clean and fairly new. Common space on lobby floor was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Only one ice machine worked and water fountains didn’t work so you had to go into the workout room to use a water dispenser, which was not cold. Felt noisy even though I used a white noise machine. Mini refrigerator did not get very cold.

Your hotel was nice very easy to get in and out of the hotel.
Pros:

Break was good had everything I wanted. Your room was big enough for me and had everything I wanted.

Cons:

Good size room and bed was v comfortable and bathroom was clean and had good size mirrors.
