Very clean and new amenities! Very strong air con options which was great for the heat wave.

We needed to be near the train station and the hotel was in a perfect location.
No housekeeping over the weekend, although you could ask for fresh towels.
The coffee machine at breakfast was broken for the whole of our stay. The only alternative offered was sachets of instant Nescafé. Management could have gone and bought cafetières from the middle aisle of Lidl if they didn’t want to stretch to a new machine. When you’re paying £200+ per night, it’s a bit poor.

Loved the locations and the size of the room
Pets allowed into the breakfast/eating area- not all guests are comfortable with pets in close proximity to them.
The fabric headboards could have been cleaned better, hairstrands found on the headboard
