Convenient to the airport. Very big rooms with plenty of amenities. The reception desk staff was fantastic!

We have just had a short stay in The Marriott ToneSuites. (family of 5 adults). Spacious rooms with wonderful staff, extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly Donna. She gave us lots of ideas for things to see and do in the vicinity. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in spotless surroundings, a pool which we didn’t have a chance to avail of. A wonderful shuttle service available to guests to and from the airport, to the shopping mall etc. we thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely return.

The hotel is gross and disgusting!!! My “clean” bed when full of dried diarrhea feces! The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my exposure to blood borne pathogens . I was required to get a tentaus shot because of exposure!
Sheets had bad smell
The location was great to get away from the bustle of Charleston. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and varied each day. Staff was all friendly.
The ac in front of room didn’t work well. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all. There were no hooks for towels or clothes to hang them up. We went to Dollar Tree & bought over the door hooks. Biggest complaint was the pool was only 4 feet deep.

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious for me and my family. Everything was clean and updated.
No working washing machines and ice machine was out on the 2nd floor.
Everything was great. Just the both elevators failed when we checked in and we are on 4th floor. Was hassle
