Les chambres sont bien mais pas assez insonorisé, on entends fort les bruits de couloir mais surtout les bruits de la rue
Great staff and location
The terrace/ balcony area outside our room was nice and spacious. It needs some attention. There are weeds growing through the paving slabs and the four plant pots were full of weeds. The concrete on the facing wall was crumbling.

Perfect location, extremely clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast buffet. Our room never got quite cool enough, but our sons' room towards the back of the building with a different cooling system was excellent. Shout out to the front desk receptionist, Bayram (apologies for spelling) who was incredibly welcoming, helpful when we we got locked out, and a wealth of information for touring around the city.

The location is exceptional for exploring the whole of Bruge. The staff were warm and welcoming, from check in to the bar staff, they all had time for a chat.
I booked a room with a balcony- unfortunately it was a shared balcony- as a none smoker, it meant I couldn’t take advantage of using it as the other guests were and made use of it.
