Pros:

A chaque visite nous apprécions la disponibilité, la gentillesse et l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel.
Emplacement génial.
Petit dejeuner complet et très chouette bar et barman.

Bon séjour à revenir!
Pros:

Place de parc sécurisée également pour grande voiture, chambre calme et insonorisée, literie de bonne qualité. Accueil sympathique en français conseils et explication des zones à visité. Merci encore :-)

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu aller au bar jour de fermeture lundi et mardi mais cela est signalé sur leur site WEB. Pas grave vu la situation de l'hôtel et le charme de la ville, on a trouvé d'autres bars.

Allgemein OK, trotzdem ein kleiner Beigeschmack bleibt

Die Unterkunft liegt ideal um Brügge zu geniessen. Frühstück war top und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es werden Parkplätze für E-Autos beworben. Es wäre schon gut wenn der Preis pro KW angegeben wäre. In diesem Fall waren dies Wucherpreise:-((( (0,87€/KW) Dies ist definitiv nicht ok.
Dazu kommen ja auch noch die Parkgebühren.
Ich habe das vor Ort beanstandet, und der nette Herr in der Rezeption meinte nur « ich bin doch nur der Rezeptionist und habe damit nichts zu tun »
Schade, hat mich wirklich geärgert.
Unser Zimmer lag zur Strasse und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es doch sehr sehr laut.

Cons:

The slightly older lady in charge of the breakfast service was rude and made people feel stressed. In general, they kept asking for a room number—even if we were holding just a single coffee—which created a stressful atmosphere. They also had a robotic manner, constantly reminding guests of the check‑out time, which added to the stress.”

Good choice for a stay in Bruge
Pros:

Really great staff that we're helpful, friendly and accommodating of gluten free and vegan breakfast request.

Lovely room, good location only 20 min walk from the station and 5/10 mins walk from city center.

Good option for breakfast.

Only wish was slightly earlier/later pool opening times.
