Great staff and rooms
Pros:

Hotel is very clean and they’re free. Breakfast is great when you’re on the move for business. Lisa was at the front desk to check us in amazing customer Service. This will be our new hotel when in the area.

Had a GREAT experience with your front Desk Employee named Trieva. She was very courteous and extremely helpful. She was very accommodating to make us comfortable in our room. She is a great asset to your Hotel.

It was ok, but not worth the price.
Pros:

I stayed there about 3 yrs ago, and the breakfast was good. This time the breakfast wasn't so good. I don't know what changed, but it would be in your best interest to find out.

Cons:

Pillows in the room were flat. The bathroom door was a slide panel, and didn't stay closed, which left no room for privacy.

Friendly Hotel on the River
Pros:

Always clean, good breakfast and my favorite place to stay along the Colorado River. Close to the river, resorts and golfing. Quiet environment for a good nights sleep. Lisa Q is always welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. She always makes sure we have the best experience! Rooms are exactly what you need for a short stay, while larger rooms make a longer stay more manageable.

Great visit and honest and trustworthy staff!!
Pros:

Nice stay at this well kept hotel. Quiet, nice room. Decent breakfast. I accidentally left a small pouch of my jewelry in the room when we checked out. The hotel contacted me through a third party service to advise me that it had been found and offering several options to have it returned. I really appreciated the housekeeping staff’s honesty. The jewelry had more sentimental value than monetary value and I was so happy to get it back. Well done Hampton!

Most expensive room on my trip, but not worth the price paid.
Pros:

Not a lot of properties in Parker to choose from, so this is probably the best choice.

Cons:

The shower has mold in the caulking, the room was clean but the facilities are showing their age.

Best hotel stay I've had in Arizona!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! There were many options, they even had strawberry waffle batter. There was ample seating, and everything was very clean. The coffee options were great and in a convenient location.

Cons:

There wasnt anything we didn't like. The door next to the pool did not open with the key card. That was the only issue we had.
