Breakfast was good...parking lot was ok because i did have room i could look out and see my ride.
Don't like pool closed at 11pm..keep noise down i understand, but adults my age would have really been a + to get in jacuzzi from 11pm- 1-2am..
I liked everything about the room
No towels by the pool and the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough
Rooms were worth the money except for bathroom doors—no privacy, pinched fingers trying to close it.

The young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean except for the tray in the microwave was dirty, but over all the room was clean.
The lady at the desk in the morning was not very nice at all, in fact she was kind of rude.I should have gotten her name. The young man working when we checked in was really nice. My grandson wanted one of the little key chains they have at the front desk, and the young man said he could have one if I wrote a review. When we were leaving, I asked the lady if I could get one for my grandson and told her that I had left a review on Google. She rudely told me that I would have to show her that I left a review first, but seeing as how my phone was already out in my car, and her rude attitude annoyed me I just said never mind and that I would now update my review. I paid over 400 dollars for 2 rooms for one night, but apparently I was out of line asking about a 2 dollar key chain for my grandson lol. Also, there were no plates for breakfast to put your food on, only bowls and when I asked for plates, she was again very rude. The food for breakfast was mediocre at best. When myself and another guest asked if they were going to put out some more bacon the same lady again had an attitude. The hotel itself is in good condition, the room was clean, the beds were ok. I probably won't stay again though because of the one lady's attitude. The best western next door is an older building but the staff is much nicer, the breakfast is way better, and the beds are more comfortable.
For the price of the room, more options were necessary
