Pros:

Everyone was very kind and lovely. It was our honeymoon and they showed us so much love. From the South African guy to the front desk and the bar lady at horizon bar. It was an amazing reception and we will be back soon.

Amazing beach and staff.
Pros:

Amazing location. Long beach to walk on. Clean and crystal clear water. Large room with nice view. The spa is simply amazing, with great treatments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant and the spa. Very nice experience, since it was not very busy we could extent till 4pm which is highly appreciated. Liked the real coffee during breakfast not some black American type, a reel latte instead.

Cons:

These are personal opinions. Pillows not great or maybe not used to this types. Cats are a bit annoying especially that my wife is super scared of them. Not so many restaurants options, buffet for breakfast is ok, fruit options limited.
