Area seemed a bit sketchy- unsafe

It did the job. It seemed clean. Basic in general but the pillows were very comfy.

If you’re staying for an event at the river, like a regatta, then it’s perfect because it’s right by the pedestrian bridge. Other than that, I’d stay somewhere else.

Hotel room was clean just seemed very old

Very thin walls I think everyone was on the same hall as me!

Great location for Xfinity Theater shows!

We stayed here for a concert, which was about a mile away. Because I had my child with me, I chose to drive to the venue. No one mentioned to me that the road closes after shows and we drove around for over an hour to get back. Then there was no parking when we arrived. I have to assume this happens every time there’s a big concert. While this is not the hotel’s fault, hopefully this review will save someone else the headache.

So so hotel but it’s walking distance to xfinity theatre and the parking is free! No frills, no food, no coffee in the lobby. Walls are thin but we were exhausted from the concert so it didn’t bother us. The only reason I would go back there is to attend another concert.

The rooms are always clean and quiet. I was on the 5th floor in a corner unit. You couldn't hear anything, and I'm not being interrupted by it. The cleaning staff in the morning.It is so peaceful there.I would never stay anywhere else.

Came back to the room after attending a concert down the road. My wife pulled the comforter back and climbed into bed. Upon doing so her hand brushed across a clear and hardened spot on the fitted sheet, which I don’t even wanna speculate could be. Upon further inspection, getting up, disgusted the regular bedsheet had green stains on it as well and obviously the bedding was just pulled up and never changed from the previous guest.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean either (which I didn’t even bother to mention to her because what the hell was the point at 12:30 AM) as there were remnants under the toilet seat and the floor felt like it was never cleaned,
I contacted the front desk and the lady told me if I wanted sheets to come down and get them myself. She then said she’s the only one there and came off very rude and was completely unapologetic and could care less.
The air conditioning unit in the room rattled all night like a diesel truck running and the people who we shared a thin wall with were partying till about 2 AM. We maybe slept three hours in total.
In the morning, the same person checked me out. She never asked me how the stay was or apologized instead just asked me if I wanted to receipt and that was that apparently.
Horrible staff, horrible maintenance and service never again.
