Piscina sucia.
La pisicina temperada estaba en construcción, la habitación que pagué tenia vista al mar, pero nos asignaron una habitación que estaba tapada con planchas de OSB.

El trato del gerente, del jefe y del recepcionista fue horrible, nos dejaron fuera del hotel y cancelaron la reserva. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel y el cobro lo hicieron igual un día antes de llegar

Lugar ideal para familias.
Pros:

Lo mejor del Hotel es el personal muy amable y la ubicación. Está a pasos de la playa. La relación precio-calidad está muy bien y es ideal para familias. Tuvimos un excelente fin de semana, así que lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están bien, son cómodas y funcionales. Quizás necesitan renovar ciertos muebles que se ven ya deteriorados.

Las condiciones de mantenimiento del establecimiento eran completamente deplorables, debido al abandono.
Nada funcionaba, sucio,lamentable.

Calidad y precio....una distancia.
No coherente.

La ubicación y la atención del personal

Cons:

Recibí correo previo informando que la piscina climatizada estaba fuera de servicio, por lo que no llevamos traje de baño y en el check in nos informan la opción de tinajas; que no pudimos usar. La habitación requiere de mejoramiento y cuidado (cables a la vista, falta de muebles) Y en el evento al que fuimos en la tarde noche prácticamente no había iluminación del lugar. teníamos que usar el celular para caminar seguros y ver la comida.
