Desayuno muy bueno, el restaurant no tanto, las machas a la parmesana no fueron de lo mejor y otros platos también
Deberían tener cosas simples pero sabrosas, sandwich o pescado a la plancha
El pisco sour MAE lo mejor

Ya no dan pantuflas ni bata para ir a la piscina o masajes, ya dejó de ser SPA

Bonitas instalaciones pero decepcionante la estadia.

Lleve a mi madre adoptiva a celebrar su cumpleaños como regalo, al llegar al hotel lo informe, a ver si podian tener alguna atención y considerando el hecho, reservamos las tinajas de 23 a 24 hrs, tenia preparada una sorpresa para ella en las tinajas, cantandole cumpleaños allí con un pequeño detalle, todo estaba planificado entorno a las tinajas, voy a las tinajas y veo que agua esta fria y la otra esta vacia a las 23 hrs, llame a recepción para informarlo y me comentaron que los tecnicos estaban trabajando para solucionar el problema, llame cerca de una hora después para preguntar si por lo menos a las 24 estaria disponible, me comentaron que desafortunadamente no estaban en buen estado no se habian podido reparar, no pude hacer lo indicado, nunca tuvieron una atención con ella en toda la estadía, quedaron en comunicarse conmigo para compensar de alguna forma el hecho y jamás lo hicieron durante la semana, adicionalmente cenamos en el hotel, mi madre pidio un pulpo grillado y estaba estaba en extremo duro y tuvo que ser devuelto.

Buena camas, una buena habitación, desayuno muy bueno. Atención del personal: muy buena

Cons:

Diseño del baño. Muy mal instalada la barra de la ducha y , sobre ésta ,los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo. Los productos caen sobre la barra y ésta queda refalosa (peligroso)

La habitación es muy costosa para sus prestaciones: muebles antiguos, cortinas rotas, sofá sucio y poco espacio. Me parece que 250 usd por noche no los vale!

Pros:
