Pros:

This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night.
Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here.

Pros:

This place is perfect for a one-two night stay.... Its very covenant if you have a car or a bike also for walking. The rooms ate quiet and they have HOT showers which seem hard to find in the Philippines... Its also a 5 minute stroll to immigration which is a GIANT PLUS!

Find a different place to stay
Pros:

The room is a dive. They provide you a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. If you decide to stay here, bring your own provisions as they are lacking them. The only thing I like is that they are close to the port.

Electricity kept cutting out so we could not use air con or had any power
Staff reluctantly moved us after much discussion
Was finally given a small single room with a mattress on the floor
In the morning staff refused to give a refund for the difference in price for the double amd single room
