Pros:

I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel.
There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided. We did remind several time by calling receptionist about the wifi and even in person communicated to receptionist to activate the wifi. However, there was no luck.

Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was going through a renovation so there was a lot of building work noise. Also the swimming pool was closed.

Pros:

Food quality is awesome. Place is excellent for staying with nice views from room. Room service good. I shall rate 10 on 10
