Convenient location, friendly staff and good food!

Great hotel,good value compared to HCM prices for a much better room and facilities including buffet breakfast,small but better than buying somewhere else,tidy rooms and bonus undercover swimming pool.
Would recommend staying here and will stay again here when returning to Danang!

Place is quite run down. Don’t know how they got a good rating. Rooms are quite dirty. Towels have holes in them. Mould in the bathrooms and the blinds had stains all over them. Wouldn’t stay again. Doesn’t look like the photos.
Has a pool on the top level. Breakfast was ok. Pretty good location.

I booked thru booking.com and paid in advance. when I arrived to check in I was informed that the price I booked for was too low and that they had to cancel my reservation and I had to pay 3 times the amount I already paid. I spent 2 hours arguing with the manager that this was not right and a dishonest practice. They refused to honor the price, canceled my reservation and booking.com refused to refund. It was a horrible experience at a horrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good enough for the price

This hotel is a quick 5 minutes walk to the beach and is surrounded by various seafood restaurants and beachfront bars. It has a good breakfast buffet included with your stay. And that’s probably the only things I liked about it.

I generally haven’t had a negative experience with hotels in Vietnam until staying here. Although the room was spacious, it was dirty and not well kept. There was literally a lip stick stain on one of the window curtains. The bathroom was poorly designed with open cracks between the wall and the bathtub, where water from shower can easily enter and cause mildew and mold. Obvious mildew on the walls, bathroom fixture and bath curtain. Ventilation is poor in the bathroom is well. There are ants in the room, so any food or drink cannot be left out l, even for a short period of time. However I never had an issue with doing this at other hotels before.

There is construction for another building right in front and although it is no fault of the hotel that this is happening, you should be aware. Construction started as early as 7am and goes until 6-7pm, with loud clanging even with our windows closed. On top of that, the walls are thin and I heard every thuds and conversation from the neighboring room. So between construction during the day and hearing our loud neighbors, we did not sleep well while staying here.

1泊2500円で広く豪華な部屋に泊まれた。ホテル自体もお洒落で綺麗である。朝食も充実しており、場所は「ダナンビーチ」と表示のあるロータリーのすぐそばで申し分ない。ビーチも良く見える。ただし、ダナンビーチの表示の前で朝5時過ぎからラジオ体操をする人たちがいるので、早朝に起こされてしまう可能性がある。また、現在、ビーチとホテルの間に高層マンションを建築中なので、今後眺望が損なわれる可能性がある。

Super nice staff and the rooms are clean!

Through no fault of the hotel, no room was available. I regularly stay at this hotel when in Danang and arrived at the hotel without a reservation and was told the hotel was full. I went online and Hotels.com showed ONE room available and I reserved it. Went to the registration desk and no rooms were available so I used another hotel. Don’t know where the problem was, but it was not with the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout.

I might add that on a previous visit, I left my wallet on the front desk and didn’t notice it until I got to the airport. Staff offered to bring it to me, but I decided to return by taxi. When I pulled up in front, the staff brought it out to the car.

Found ants on coffee table and inform staff about ants issues. The staff blame our kids for attracting ants by have food on table, which they didn’t have any food on table. The ants were found upon check in. Staff should not presume customers was guilty of ants without prior investigation of issue.

Also hair dryer stop working after 5 minutes and both room ac unit didn’t work. We only got one room changed out but upon hindsight should have swap out both rooms.

Vi hade en okej vistelse på hotellet, lite närgånget och kändes ofräsch på sina ställen. Frukost va medioker o personalen i restaurangen va ointresserade. Men vi hade det bra för det priset!

We didn't even stay more than 10 mins. Bugs in bed. Filthy room refused to refund us because we used credit card. Manager wouldn't speak to us. Will have to dispute with Amex. Smells and is next to construction site. It's not even fit foe backpackers. All of our parties left

オーシャンビューの部屋で、ダナンビーチの目の前。
ロケーションは良かったけど、目の前にホテルが建つのでこの景色はもう時期見れないかも？

部屋に入った瞬間、まずカビ臭い！
そして、シャワーを浴びると構造的に洗面所が水浸しになり、翌日はスパでシャンプーもシャワーも済ませました。
そして最悪だったのは、部屋のあちこちにアリがたくさんいたこと！
友人の部屋はさらにヤモリ？も出ました！
朝食会場のテーブルもアリだらけで、気持ち悪くて何も食べずに出てしまいました💦
安かったし、ぱっと見きれいな部屋でテンション上がったけど、次は無いかな。

スタッフのかたたち、駐車場のおじちゃん、皆さん親切で快適に過ごさせていただきました。
ミーケビーチは目の前で、食事をする店やコンビニも近くにあります。。
ダナン3回目ですが、また行かせていただきます。

Lovely staff and owner. Clean with daily room service fairly quiet and great value for a budget hotel. Nice quiet location but still only ten minute walk to night market - great little restaurant next door as well. Can definitely recommend.

The hotel has a gorgeous hotel rooftop pool and is super close to the beach and other amenities such as a pharmacy, grocery store, and souvenir shops.

The customer service was excellent (they even helped me figure out how to pay for my Uber Eats order using the local currency).

There were no microwaves in the rooms, but they were gracious enough to heat up my leftover food for me in their hotel kitchen and even presented the food in a gorgeous platter.

Their breakfast buffet was very yummy and the hotel itself is a quiet but gorgeous elegant facility!
