Cok guler yuzle karsilandik. Odamiz tertemiz di. Personellerin hepsi cok guzel ilgilendi bizimle. Kahvalti mukemmeldi. Menemeni herkese tavsiye ediyorum :). Recep bey ve personellerine cok tesekkur ederiz bizi guzel agirladiklari icin. Herkese bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum!

We stayed in Villa Larahan, very spacious and quiet, great walking location to the center of Alacati with it's endless restaurants! We loved the coziness of our open fireplace, the personnel arranged the burning wood for us! Personnel was extremely helpful, the breakfast served in the main hotel had such a great variety and was prepared freshly for us every morning. We stayed in April and it was quiet in the main hotel.

Wir haben uns sehr sicher aufgehoben gefunden. Ein Sternabzug nur bei der Sauberkeit, da die Fliesen im Bad nicht richtig gereinigt wurden. Aber wurde angesprochen und die werden sich das nächste Mal darauf achten. Klare weiterempfehlung!

Garsonlar çok ilgiliydi kahvaltı başarılıydı ancak odada tv çalışmıyordu,klima çok sesli çalışıyordu.sezon dışı olduğu için çoğu yeri açmamışlardı sadece bahçede 2 masa vardı

Çalışanlar daha özverili olabilirdi.

We had high expectations about this property because of the location where fancy boutique hotels, cafes, bars, and restaurants are located. However, our experience from the time we checked in until our departure was such a nightmare. First of all the facility was understaffed due to low season, but the property used this as an excuse for failing to provide even the most basic services. There was mismanagement on many levels which made our stay extremely unpleasant. At one point they decided to do gardening, cutting branches off trees, cleaning the pool while we were trying to enjoy the last bit of nice weather in calm October. Our unit should have been prepared before our arrival. They ignored our complaints saying the gardening was outsourced and we had to abide by the gardening company's schedule. The pool wasn't clean when we checked in and it got even worse when workers moved around trash spilling on the water. The most disappointing part was when we wanted to checkout the owner requested our IDs and personal information for marketing purposes. We had presented our IDs at the time of checkin and I tried to explain we had no obligation to share any further personal information especially when we're treated horribly in our entire stay. Despite all this mess and mismanagement, I tried to be as collaborative as I can but when the owner tried to grab my ID unlawfully I said I was calling the district attorney. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had unfortunately.
