La ubicación es una de sus mejores cualidades y ell personal es amable
Aunque ya me he alojado varias veces aquí, en esta última el baño despedía un olor muy fuerte y cesó hasta que se usó la ducha, supongo que fue por la falta de uso ¿?

la ubicación es excelente porque esta a unos pasos de la catedral y el zócalo de puebla, rodeado de cafes y restaurantes, de mercados y lugares de interés, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones adecuadas
en realidad no encontré nada que fuera de mi desagrado, todo muy bien
No se puede descansar, son muy ruidosos, parecía q estábamos en un motel, parejas escandalosas, y las camas super incómodas. No lo recomiendo

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas el centro esta muy cerca y la comida del restaurante muy rica.
No tiene buena señal de internet en la habitación ni en los pasillos

Que el agua de las regaderas sale dispareja (por el salitre o sarro se tapa me imagino) y sale tibia el agua y dura poco.

La cama tenía algo flojo por qué parecía que se iba a destartalar,cada que me movía, la red no llegaba a la habitación,estábamos en el segundo piso al fondo no se si eso sea lo que afecte la señal, la regadera necesita una limpieza en los conductos por qué sale desigual, y el televisor solo tenía 6 canales, no es que viéramos mucha tele pero se agradecería un poquito más de variedad, pareciera cosas sin importancia pero valoraria mucho que se tomará en cuenta gracias.
