Certainly will consider staying in the same hotel again in my next visit.
Pros:

Room was wonderful. Surrounding buildings blocked the city view. Buffet breakfast was way better than expected; choice of western and local. Metro station at the side of the hotel.

Cons:

No local shopping. If it wasn't for the newly opened metro station located at the side of the hotel, we would be totally dependent on taxi/ride share.

Vasche idromassaggio dichiarate non presenti in tutta la struttura ho prenotato una suite superior proprio per avere la vasca idromassaggio e stando alle foto presenti sul vostro sito, assolutamente non conformi alla realtà.
Una volta entrato in stanza mi sono accorto della mancanza sia della vasca idromassaggio come dichiarato sia della TV via cavo, TV massimo 40“ non adatta neanche a ricevere canali satellitari in quanto non Smart TV inconcepibile per le cinque stelle in una suite superior quando sono andato a domandare se ci fosse stato un errore riguardo la mia stanza Nell’assegnazione mi hanno detto no deve essere un errore del sito quindi vostro sia nell’elencare i servizi offerti sia per quanto riguarda le vasche idromassaggio non presenti in tutte le stanze dell’hotel sia per quanto riguarda la TV via cavo oltre alle immagini di stanze più moderne mi sono trovato in una suite buona per un hotel del 1990 volendo essere generosi.

Piscina dichiarata agibile, non agibile… Palestra non pervenuta attiva nonostante abbia fatto richiesta alla reception di poter accedervi.

Vasca da bagno presente, ma tinozza… Sono alto 1,75 m e avevo le ginocchia in gola toccava stare seduti come quelle per disabili.

Frigo bar presente, funzionante, completamente vuoto strano per un cinque stelle in una suite superior neanche una Coca-Cola o una birra all’interno.

Purtroppo vista la delusione mi sono rifiutato di fare foto, anche perché era una prenotazione in occasione del mio compleanno, il che ha accentuato la delusione… ma posso giurare che ciò che ho detto corrisponde alla realtà.

Ben più che deluso.

Unico punto a favore, e questo per correttezza, letto comodo.

Cons:

Location is East Jinan, nearest Supermarket is 20 mins by taxi. There is only one Chinese barbeque restaurant in the hotel other than dinner buffet, not any other options around the hotel.

if i back to Jinan ,defiantly i will chose this hotel
Pros:

actually the breakfast buffet was excellent and a lot of Varity between chinse food and continental food
also dinner buffet has significant price discount for guest with all kind of sea food which was okey for me bez i am Mosallam
i would like to give a special thanks for chiff in dinner restaurant for his speaking English well and also offer me my need from sea food.
