Victoria Court Suites - Pasig

Property facilities and hotel staff made me and my pug dog very comfortable. Its being a pet friendly hotel is a great help for me and my pug during our stay in the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future.

the area seemed sketchy

Place was dirty, reception wouldn’t answer calls. Wifi sucks. Had to stay here for quarantine for covid.

Excellent service, staff are all accommodating and always give their helping hands. Place is so conducive in terms of relaxation and comfort. With a beautiful ambiance in the room.

When we talk of value for money, this is the best.

I already suggested to have room with good wifi signal but i wasnt able to get the right room for us and Customer Service that you can speak through phone asked me to pay for shake which cost just 90 pesos i didnt even know theres rules and regulations like that so unreasonable

WiFi a joke no cleaning. No water and a bad place outside. The foto on the side is not the place in real. The way the check you in is a joke. I was tjek out 3 days before. All is old there. The only good is the beed and the tv.

Es ist ein Stundenhotel und die Zimmer sind voll mit Spiegel. Wenn man den Fernseher anschaltet läuft das passende Programm dazu. Das Zimmer riecht nach viel Reinigungsmittel und die Matratze ist etwas dünn und zum abwischen. Also keine Stoffmatratze.

Exceeded my expectations.
Only hotel I've seen in that price range that includes breakfast.
Downside; if not for the room service one almost in need for transportation to get water.

The room was so noisy road was behind the window and no glass on the window only old wood doors.

It is quiet and ideal for the purpose of taking off from jetlagged travel. Price is so reasonable due to online promo.
Food at hotel is a bit pricey though.

It was a great experience. But I need to go back the next day to claim my ID that the staff asked.

Was suuuper nice but there was a lack of information transmission between hotel and expedia. Staff didnt know we were coming, and how long we were supposed to stay. After the first night we got woken up by staff thinking we had to check out when we had paid expedia for another day.
Other than that, staff was still suuuper accomodating and nice and polite and the room was just crazy beautiful !.. Problem was expedia really ... Not the hotel itself

1. The room is a bit old but acceptable cleanliness.
2. The room is noisy as it is next to a main road.
3. The blanket is very thin like a paper.
4. No room key is provided.
5. No cup and hanger are provided in the room.
6. Wifi signal is not strong

Stayed here for a week. Dont think I would go back.
