Hotel staff is very rude and misbehave with customer. hotel manger change commitment after book room and extra money demand in midnight. Hotel is not good for family. hotel room is not nice . worst hotel . food quality is not good

Rooms are ok, but serice is awfully bad, no cooperation, no hot water was provided as thy said geaser was not working, no alternate arrangements were done..

Breakfast same dish serverd everyday, stayed for 3 days there...

Will not advise to stay here..

Decent room. The hotel is located at approx 1.5 km away from the famous Mahakal temple. Rooms are spacious and decent but need maintenance in the washroom. The bed was king size with clean linen. Room services need improvement. The restaurant floor was not properly cleaned. Restaurant service is slow.

Poor room quality (actually it is pathetic)
They use train type blankets for guests.

Too many policies for the guests and they them self dont even serve u a bottle of water.. forget about other facilities!!!!

Fan regulator was broken !!!!!

Most of the rooms even dont have the AC remotes.

They dont use trolly to carry the luggage.
Actually it is negative 5 star ratings!!!!!!!

Stayed in Hotel Park Palace for one night and two days in last week of September 2021 with family. Hotel is located approximately 2 kms from Ujjain Railway Station and autorickshaw charges from ₹50-₹60 which is not much. Hotel is quite and nice. Service was prompt. Rooms were quite nice too though bed spread and pillow case were probably never washed. We booked a family room which could comfortably accommodate 3-4 adults. Room had adequate air conditioning and hot water. It also had a balcony. Plus point was early check-in and late check-out. Hotel allowed us to check in at 10:00am and check-out the next day at 4:00pm for a minimum cost, which was a great deal for me. Enjoyed my stay. One draw back is availablity of certain items on the restaurant menu like garlic naan, tandoori roti & tikka items. But whatever available was really delicious. Over all a good stay.

The room linen were not clean, however they were changed promptly on complaint. The room was very noisy. The complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality. The veg sandwich had hardly any butter. The location is good.

Nice place for staying and marriage function. Rooms are neat and clean. Proper space available in rooms.staff is supportive.big hall is available for varrious functions.big lawn available for reception parties.

We booked two rooms and were here for a night with our extended family.
1. The buckets in the bathrooms were dirty.
2. House keeping was slow. Needed to remind twice.
3. Room was spacious.
4. Bed linen was dirty.
5. In the middle of the night there was a commotion outside our room that lasted about 1.5 hours. When asked about it the next day the front desk said it was a couple of people who went on a drunken rampage. The person wasn't even apologetic about it.

Not recommended.

Booked this hotel through Oyo with early check in option for which they were about to charge 25% extra, but when we reached at the hotel, the staff was sleeping on the couch without wearing proper cloths on which was very shameful as i was accompanied by my wife and daughter. We ignored that part and enquired about our booking they said we are not liable to provie you rooms if you book at lower rates we can cancel that booking and if you want you have to book the room at print rates and full 1 day charges you have to pay for early check in.

We called up Oyo but no positive response from them that particluar day.

Staff behaviour through out the time was terrible....... I can not suggest any one to visit there specially with the ladies.

Nice location near o nanakheda bus stand. Nicr decoration.suitable for 1000 people reception.esay to access famous places of ujjain like mahakal temple, harsiddhi temple.staff behaviour is good.nice place for marriage function.

I happen to stay at this hotel in February 2019 for a wedding. The accommodation was part of the wedding party. I know I should not complain as I did not pay for my stay, but I would like to address this issue for others so that they do not have the same experience as I did. Upon check-in, my room was not ready, so I was offered another room that was apparently cleaned and ready.
This room was absolutely appalling. The bathroom was a mess with water on the floor...the toilet was used and not cleaned or flushed and had a bad odor. There were no towels in the room nor was there any soap. When towels were brought to the room it looked as if it was previously used and not washed. The bed linen was not changed and had stains on them and the blankets were disgusting and smelly. Even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, nothing was done about it and for the duration of our stay, the room was not serviced at all.
As a cancer patient, cleanliness and hygiene is key to me. I was not hoping to find myself accommodated into a 5* hotel but I was expecting to find a clean and neat room. Even if you did not have an illness, this room would have certainly made you sick. There were cobwebs on the ceilings, doors, and windows and to add to that the windows would not open. The room had a musty smell. The hotel staff was very lax and their service was poor. There was nothing nice or interesting to highlight about my stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days.This is a decent hotel on the highway, and yet quite close to the old Ujjain city. Autos were easily available from the hotel gate at all hours. The premises were clean and well-maintained. The hotel rooms are well ventilated and the interiors are done tastefully.The room service was polite and prompt. The hotel also provided good quality soaps and toiletries.
The major plus point is the food. The food was simply delicious.

We were very happy with our stay.

We visited this hotel during our visit to Ujjain for Pilgrimage. This hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessible.

The staff is courteous and the room service and house keeping services were reasonably good. The downside was that we did book a room online with 3 persons. We were provided an extra mat instead of a proper bed for the 3rd person which is not right and the hotel receptionist was curt.

Though they advertised an attached restaurant, there was no provision for lunch and dinner. They provided a buffet breakfast which was moderate.

Besides the location there's not much to rave about this hotel. The maintenance is pretty low, the staff is untrained for hospitality. The floor passages are quite wide but they are as they were constructed without any element of aesthetics. The hotel has a very large lawn area in the front thus making it an appropriate venue for an economic wedding destination where the whole set up in occupied by a family. The rooms are large and baths quite okay but lack in terms of basic upkeep necessities. If one is looking for a star category property then this is not the one, though they had certificate of excellence by TripAdvisor displayed at the reception.

I happened to stay in this hotel . (1)building Maintenance is poor...(A) Bathroom door is hanging. (B)No light on stairs. (C)Fuse bulbs in room.(D) Bed sheets are not changed daily.(D)blanket given is like railway birth without cover . (E)TV channels are insufficient.(2) Service is poor. (3)Parking is narrow so that turning of vehicles from reception is difficult.
They claim high rating from TripAdvisor...???

The hotel is very aptly located on Indore Ujjain road - is quite near to Temple also. Has parking place in case you have a car. The room service is very good & restaurant serving Veg Cuisine is very good. The staff is friendly & helpful.
Room & bathroom is clean. Has lift & wifi. Value for money and good for short family stay.

the service is extremely good, and the rooms are clean and well lit...the facilities are amazing, the food is also good. room service is on time. the hygiene was maintained and the atmosphere was friendly and safe

I reached there on 13th of April and for stayed as a family of 4 and family of 7 (in big room) :). Mr Bhavesh and his team was available for anything we needed. When I got down to inquire about the vacancy in hotel, after meeting him I decided to be in that hotel. The rooms were good and food was superb. All of us ( 4 adults and 3 kids) liked the food so much that we did not go anywhere else. I would recommend this hotel to all and also would certainly stay there whenever I go to Ujjain. It is also near to the Mahakal temple and they arrenge for Auto/Car as needed.

It is situated at most preferred place in Ujjain and also is newly built and thus having good offers and services where you can book good suite for wedding or such functions and for stay. I like the looks it has and overall I like it and suggest it.
