War ok, würde ich aber nicht nochmal machen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Geht so, es ist zwar wie auf den Bildern. Aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Flecken im Teppich, keine Klima. Personal hat schon um 10:30h an meine Tür geklopft um zu reinigen obwohl Check-Out erst um 11h ist.

Pros:

Der Portier war super lieb und hilfsbereit und hat ein wirklich großes Lob verdient.
Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist auch okay.

Cons:

Jedoch sobald man die Flure zu den Zimmern bertritt kommt man sich vor wie in einem schlechten Film, der Bodenbelag ist eine absolute Katastrophe,die Wände gehen gerade noch so.
Das Zimmer war einfach nur gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Betten komplett runter getanzt, darunter Staub der letzten Monate,die Gardinen verdunkeln zwar gut schließen dafür aber nicht richtig.
Das Badezimmer ist das einzig Positive.

Good value for money
Pros:

Easy check-in, good value for money. My bed was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Located in a normal apartment building, my room was right next to the elevator, which could be heard at night. Very functional decor, the curtain was dirty, the carpet old and the shower had dark spots between tiles.

Entspannt und zentral
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es Cafés, Bäcker und Restaurants, in denen man leckeres Essen für einen normalen Preis bekommt. Alle Mitarbeitenden des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa.bagno comodo.buona posizione e vicino alla metro.buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Non dispone ne di ventilatore ne di aria condizionata e con le temperature di questi giorni la camera era molto calda.

Never choose this hotel, awful treatment
Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel, we could hear people shouting from inside the lobby. It sounded like there was some kind of argument/fight. We walked in, politely said hello, and asked, “Good afternoon, is this the reception, we want to check in”

Instead of helping us, we were rudely told to leave and use a different entrance because the reception was supposedly on the other side of the building. We went outside and tried to find another entrance, but there wasn’t one. When we came back, the old man started yelling at us for no reason. He was unrespectful and looked like a dangerous crazy grandpa. I asked if all was good with him and he said rudely “no” and that it’s not my business. Fortunately, he left and another younger staff member checked us in, and apologized for the old man’s behavior.

I’m sorry, but having a bad day is not an excuse for treating guests so disrespectfully. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The way we were treated upon arrival left a terrible impression, and I am very disappointed with the hotel’s customer service. I strongly don’t recommend anyone to choose this hotel.
