For what we wanted it was a great location, the rooms were comfortable and yes we would stay there again.
Pros:

A beautiful resort that will definitely see me again
Pros:

I was nervous When I booked online just worrying that the photos looked good but maybe when you get there the place is dodgy. Very pleasantly surprised to find the location lovely the resort lovely and the people lovely

Cons:

It’s a tiny gripe with the bathroom could do with a bit of love. Things like fixing the showerhead.

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
Pros:

150000 ruppiah for breakfast was not worth it. At 7am, most of the dishes were empty

Cons:

Your website mentioned that there was a mini fridge in the room. In reality there is no fridge nor mini safe in the room.

Hot water in the shower comes intermittently

The Hotel needs a renovation very badly.
Pros:

The staff of the Hotel were very friendly. The Service is good.

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms: The faucet in our rooms leaked. The toilet leaked. The water comes out everywhere. Everything is old, very old, and the hotel really needs a renovation. The breakfast is so minimal that the price is disproportionate to what you get.

Nice little hotel in the middle of the city, however the facilities have been run down a little bit.
Pros:

The location is in Surabaya central, smack dab in the middle of the city

Cons:

The facilities are rather old, the bathtub was shrieking, half of the elevators are not working, the Furnitures have seen better days.

Pros:

Centrally located next to Tunjungan Plaza with lots of shops and restaurants .

Cons:

The lifts are slow and not in good working condition . It is also too small to cater for a big hotel . The restaurant food is not good enough for hotel standard .
