The location was super convenient, less than 2 min walk to the main train station. Breakfast was the basics but good overall. Room was as expected. Grateful they let me check in a bit early. That was the biggest plus for me. Thank you.

La chambre est simple et propre, avec des rangements penderie astucieux en tête de lit, des prises un peu plus proche du lit pourrait être un plus mais dans l'ensemble la chambre est tout à fait fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ! La réceptionniste du soir parlait français c'est toujours un petit plus agréable (mais pas nécessaire). La gare centrale est à 2 minutes à pied, parfait pour moi qui voyage en train et la vieille ville est à 15/20minutes à pied donc très facile à rejoindre.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. Breakfast was good.

Location is excellent, right next to the train station. Breakfast is good, although more fruit options would be better. Towels could be replaced for new ones. Stairs may be an issue for old people but in general is a great option for a short stay.

Close to the main train station, very bad area that made feel us unsafe, ideal hotel for a quick night sleep to catch up a train next day

Lo mejor la señora Mara habla español, italiano, inglés, alemán y las recomendaciones que me dio para visitar, gracias Mara!
El hotel muy bien tenía Netflix, aire acondicionado, agua caliente y siempre se agradece iniciar el día con un desayuno como jamón, salami, quesos, yogurt, jugo, pepinillos, pan, croissant, café, leche y después tener los pasos, caminar mucho y hasta bajé de peso (lo utilizaré ahora como dieta)
Y a unos pasos de la central de trenes, a una estación del aeropuerto.
Lo malo, la zona alrededor hay vagabundos, huele mal pero nunca hubo ruido y dormí muy bien.

Rooms are very nice but would not be good if you have difficulty with stairs. The elevator only stops between the room floors (ceiling height is very high so you still have to climb 10 stairs from the elevator). Area is not the nicest, but conveniently near the train station. You need to walk 2 - 3 blocks to find a nice restaurant.

Hotel Cristall does an excellent job at providing a good accommodation in a convenient location for a reasonable price.
The hotel is cozy, the room was clean overall, the breakfast was fairly simple but good, and the service was outstanding.
I would stay again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Good breakfast, comfortable room, and good customer service

I loved my stay at Hotel Cristal. It was such a pleasant surprise as I just wanted to book an inexpensive hotel by the train station so I could crash after a late train in. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, I was greeted with a large bottle of complimentary water, and the included breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The room was small but clean and updated, and the air conditioning worked great. The short walk from the train station to the hotel felt very safe (you can see the hotel out the side entrance of the train station) and I got a nice late meal half a block away. I wouldn’t go much further into the surrounding area alone after dark but it was a great place to spend the night before catching a train to the airport in the morning.

Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Nicht so sehr schöne Umgebung, aber super praktisch, weil wir mit dem Zug angereist sind.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Eine kleine Süßigkeit auf dem Bett fand ich aufmerksam.
Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und TV sauber, kompakt, funktional, modern, hell und freundlich. Gute Betten.
Seife im Badezimmer am Waschbecken und in der Dusche sehr praktisch.
Sonnen- und Verdunkelungsrollos an den Schallschutzfenstern echt angenehm.
Alles funktioniert einwandfrei.
Frühstücksbuffet gut.
War für uns für die Durchreise perfekt. Gerne wieder.

The hotel was pleasant, and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient and close to the train station. The neighborhood did not have many close by restaurants they were all two blocks or more away, and many were closed. The area got a little dicey after dark with a lot of open drug use around the station.

Tip Top, alles bestens. Einfach und sauber. Freundlich.

Verrassend prettig hotel in de wat ongure omgeving rond het hoofdstation van Frankfurt.
Prima voor een overnachting en compleet met een ontbijtbuffet voor een héél schappelijk prijsje. Er is weliswaar een lift, maar die stopt op tussenetages dus je moet wel minimaal twee keer een stukje traplopen. Er is dubbelglas, goede verduistering en airco zodat je weinig van eventuele drukte buiten merkt. Stap je het hotel uit dan ben je ook meteen binnen 50 meter van het station. De inrichting is apart, maar best gezellig als je van kleurigheid houdt. De bedden waren prima en de staf vriendelijk.
