OK la, can be improved
Pros:

Location, close to shops, laundrette and restaurants, lively at night. I had the misfortune of a room without a window, which always gives me anxiety- but the room size was good, so it was not too bad for a one-night stay.

Cons:

Lobby was small and poorly lit- I arrived at night and it was not a good first good impression. Staff not exactly friendly either, appeared almost like they were hiding behind the tall reception counter. Perhaps it was tall for safety reasons. Peeling paint in room- perhaps leaking pipes somewhere.
