No geral tivemos uma ótima estadia.

Gentileza e presteza dos funcionários; asseio de todos os ambientes; variedade e qualidade do café da manhã.

Cons:

Apesar de reportar problema de vazamento de água no aparelho de ar condicionado, apesar de sermos informados que foram tomadas providências, o problema persistiu.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Limpeza, localização, roupa de cama.

Cons:

Reservei três apartamentos e me foi negado antecipar o checkin em um deles.
Estava com uma equipe de trabalho que faria o checkin nos outros dois apartamentos somente à noite mas, mesmo assim não consegui antecipar o chackin em um dos três apartamentos e tive que aguardar na recepção das 07:30 até às 13:00.

Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso, deixo os parabéns pro pessoal da cozinha. Diversas opções salgadas e doces, blos, brownie, tortas salgadas, ovos, pães, iogurtes, café passado e até cafés premium diferentes. Tudo estava muito saboroso e bem feito.
O hotel é muito limpo no geral. Quarto estava com perfume de limpeza. Banheiro bem limpo e chuveiro muito bom. Cama muito confortavel, bons travesseiros e toalhas bem fofas e macias.
