Pros:

Overall, I had an amazing time staying at this property and will definitely be returning; I loved the beachfront location with its beautiful scenery and convenient pathway that connected different beach areas and led into a lively central spot with shops, food, drinks, and entertainment, which made everything easily accessible, and for the price, it felt like great value, but what truly stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from check-in to check-out, even assisting with information and arranging a taxi, making it one of the best service experiences I’ve had while traveling, and on top of that, the included breakfast was enjoyable, the room was comfortable and spacious with two beds and two bathrooms, and when there was a mix-up with the booking, they handled it quickly with an upgrade, which made the entire stay smooth and memorable, and overall, I had an amazing time, and with the combination of the location, service, and value, I will definitely be returning to the same place.

Le petit dejeuner inclus.
L'accès direct aux plages.
L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel.
Ses services pour les bagages.
Le parking pour se garer facilement.
Le restaurant : très bon.

Cons:

Le petit kiosque de restauration : cher pour ce que c’etait.
On aurait apprécié avoir une bouilloire et une cafetière dans la chambre.
Les abords de route un peu dangereux sans trottoirs pour se rendre à pieds vers les commerces les plus proches.

Salle de bain avec persiennes cassées donc risque d'être vu dans notre intimité la partie friseur du réfrigérateur inexistante et contrairement à la photo pas de mini four pour une chambre confort avec kitchenette à plus de 700 eur ... Pas de protection sur le balcon en pleine journée difficile de profiter de la table avec un soleil vif sur la tête et des enfants de 7 mois et 4 ans .... et très difficile de partager la piscine avec les pass à la journée vraiment.... la qualité du buffet très médiocre les choix malgré tous les jus locaux existants, les différents pains, confitures locales, fromages, Jambons, etc etc très dommage. Belle déception.

Extrêmement décevant au regard du prix payé (1 320 € pour 4 jours 2 chambres). L’annonce ne reflète pas la réalité : équipements manquants (four absent malgré les photos), climatisation défectueuse, et réparations approximatives qui dégradent l’usage normal du logement (trouble de jouissance nous payons pour un usage à la hauteur de la chambre choisie quand même!!!!!! Ne pas pouvoir aérer comme nous le souhaitons est juste inacceptable, avoir une persienne manquante dans la douche avec un risque d'être observée pendant un moment intime (soit nue) est préoccupant d'autantplus qu'il a été corrigé seulement la veille du départ.bien après 11h... . Nous avons également souffert de la chaleur dans la chambre en raison du mauvais fonctionnement de la climatisation du salon.
Le lit juste horrible et bruyant... Confort global très inférieur à ce qui est attendu pour une chambre dite “confort” soit-disant.
Ce n’est pas une première expérience dans cet établissement, et les mêmes problèmes semblent persister dans le temps.
À ce niveau de prix, il existe des établissements en Martinique offrant des prestations nettement plus fiables et conformes aux attentes.
À ce tarif, la prestation est clairement inacceptable.
