Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Central location.

Cons:

No lift , carried luggage to 3rd floor which we could do.. Jan did help. Some people might struggle.

It is a cosy place in a little Chur

Cons:

I had a problem with check in. I have arrived and literally no one was there. I have informed I will arrive around 8pm - upon arrival I couldn’t even find an information. The phone which was suppose to be used to the front desk was nor working. My phone couldn’t also approached them. Gladly some other guest hotel arrived to the hotel and help me to contacted staff for getting a key.

Along this no more information was provided.

Certainly the staff service towards customers should be improved. I shouldn’t be left in the situation where I don’t know how to get to the room, and should get primary information.

Also bed was super uncomfortable. No water, and no kettle in the room. Terrible

Nel cuore di Chur
Pros:

Albergo meraviglioso per la sua posizione e per aver saputo mantenere la storicità della struttura.
