Tolles Hotel für ein paar Tage in Ulm - Sehr zu empfehlen

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, angenehmes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auch die kleinen Goodies wie kostenloses Wasser / gesundes Obst ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war, bei rund 200 Euro pro Nacht mit Frühstück, das Mobiliar reichlich vermackt, Flecken an den Wänden vorhanden und ansonsten das Zimmer auch sehr notdürftig an manchen Stellen repariert. Das Hotel ist in anderen Zimmern weitaus besser und aus eigener Erfahrung bin ich normalerweise sehr zufrieden, dieses Mal allerdings überhaupt nicht. Auch, dass auf meine Reklamation nicht eingegangen wurde, finde ich beschämend.

Good hotel, nice location.
Pros:

100m from start of Friedrichsau Parkrun. Lakeside views and a few minutes walk to the park and River Danube. Tram stop into the city practically outside the hotel. Free parking. Very good breakfast. Free drink in lieu of no minibars. Spacious, clean bathroom.

Cons:

Mattress protector made bed quite warm at night. Free apples were provided in the rooms, but they were not nice to eat.

You had either a very expensive restaurant with top rated food which is not for the normal traveling person or you had a cafe offering a few small dishes again, not ideal for normal traveling people
