Greenport Bodrum Hotel

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and mold on the ceiling in the little room extension where there was a twin bed. Light was showing under the door to the room. The blankets we were given were only enough for one person so we had to squeeze together to have a blanket over us. The sheet that covered the bed never stayed in place. The mattress was stained. The amenities were minimal and we had to ask for those. The air conditioner made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The buffet style meals were not the best I have eaten. The people who went to the buffet hoarded more food than they could eat and wasted so much. This left little for others because of their selfishness. Serving the patrons would help curb this greediness. This was a terrible experience!! Pictures on request.

If you want to check some details in English be ready that receptionist (called today, 25.08.2020 at the morning) just will hang up the phone and will never answer again. It is 2020 year outside and I really can`t believe that in hospitality in Turkey still work people like that.

iki çocuklu aile olarak, otelin fiziksel yapısı (merdiven çokluğu, plaj olmayışı...) oldukça zorlayıcı idi.
yemek çeşidi neredeyse yok. odaların fiziksel yapı ve temizliği oldukça yetersiz...
zaten 6 günlük geri ödemesiz rezervasyonun 3. günü ayrılmak zorunda kaldık :(

Animatöründen, oda görevlilerine, resepsiyonundan, aşçılarına ve bar görevlilerine kadar herkesin kıyafetleri çok kötü durumda. İnsanlara artik gitselerde kurtulsak gibi davranmaları, aralarında yaptıkları argo muhabbetler inanılmaz çağ dışı. Bardaklar, tabaklar berbat şekilde kirli bir önceki içenin ruj izlerine kadar olacak şekilde size sunuluyor. Yani sonuç olarak öyle ortaya bırakılmış işletin sonra kapatın gibi duran bir otel. Kesinlikle aşırı olmayacak tamamen rezalet.

Plajda beach bar bar HD otel olmasına rağmen alkol için restoran kısmına sıcakta 300 basamak çıkıyor kişi başı sadece ıkı bira alıp aşağıya iniliyor tamamen yorgunluk animasyon müzik vs zaten yok otel beach restorana market açmış alkol içecek vs orda satıyor tam anlamı ile HD otel değil oda kahvaltı yapsınlar da amaçları belli olsun

Otele gelmeden önce yorumlara bakıp karamsarlığa kapıldım ama şu an oteldeyim gayet güzel geçiyor.Yemekler fena değil çeşit biraz az ama idare eder.manzara harika. Denizi kumsal değil ama temiz 2,5 metreden başlıyor. Havuz güzel . Personel güler yüzlü.Sahil boyu yürüyerek spor yapabilirsiniz. Aile odaları biraz uzak kalıyor. Yinede sıkıntı olmuyor. Tek eksiği hijyen . Yemekhanede temizliğe biraz önem verilse çok iyi olacak. Fiyatını düşünürseniz gayet iyi bir yer ben 1650 tl ye 4 gece konaklıyorum 4 kişi bu paraya başka yerde sadece oda verirler ancak.. Bence gayet güzel.

We had booked a two week stay and 2 rooms but cancelled the second week. One of the rooms smelled like a toilet, the other was just dirty but no smell. The food is OK. The staff is friendly amd polite except for a young man who is the "DJ". He got nasty when I asked him politely if he can lower the volume a little. The loud music is played from 10 Am till midnight with intermittent breaks. It is intrusively loud and you can't get away from it anywhere in the resort, not when you are lying on your beach chair, not when after dinner you want to relax in the hotel grounds, not when you are in your room trying to sleep.

Otel yorumu istemeden önce kredi kartından doğru tutarda para çekmeyi öğrenin! İkinci kez bana bunu yapıyorsunuz. Gösterdiğiniz tutardan fazla tutar çekiyorsunuz. Size mail atmama rağmen halen paramı iade etmediniz!!!!

Wij hadden all inclusive maar er stond werkelijk nooit eten! Voor onze cola en sinas moesten we nog betalen dit zat niet bjj het all inclusive inbegrepen.
We moesten eindeloos blijven vragen om nieuwe handdoeken en nieuw toilet papier.
Bog nooit zo slecht hotel mee gemaakt!

The season had not started for this all inclusive Hotel, so lovely and quiet. The food was excellent and cooked fresh for us, no buffet food at that time. Obviously when the season gets into full swing it would be buffet food.

Bodrum civarında kalınabilecek en uygun otellerden.Denizi tertemiz,havuz bakımlı temiz,kahvaltı,yemekler güzel.Ufak tefek eksikler var ancak genel olarak fiyatın karşılığını fazlasıyla verdi diyebilirim.

Odamiz merdiven ile tepeye çıkınca.Yaşlılar için çok kötü.Temizlik yok.Resepsiyon ilgisiz.Manzara çok güzel ama sadece manzarası güzel.Havuz da çocuklardan Amonyak oluşmuş durumda.Denize giriş 3 metre den başlıyor. Beton zemin.Sezlonglar kırık. Şemsiyeler tarihi artık. Bu fiyat etmez.

Konum olarak fena değildi, karşılama da iyi sayılırdı. Ancak odalar çok pisti.

Çok keyif aldık,beklentilerimizi minumumda tuttuk,hiç bir şeyi sorun etmedik.Ancak hizmet,yeme içme vasatın altındaydı.
