el hotel es hermoso, la alberca perfecta para mitigar el calor y la habitación muy cómoda, me encanta el estilo lleno de detalles de una casa antigua, el personal se esforzaba por atender y ofrecer lo mejor que se podía con lo que tenían.

Cons:

me tocó justo la remodelación de sus espacios, no tenían personal, lo contrataban en esos días, no tenían para ofrecer ni agua ni hielo, el desayuno incluido era muy básico e incluso estaba frío. finalmente el día que ingresamos solicité pasar al baño y el mismo olía muy mal, estaba sucio y no tenía ni papel, ni jabón, entiendo que las condiciones de remodelación son complicadas pero hay detalles mínimos que de deben cuidar

Pros:

Centrale ligging. Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Kluisje beschikbaar. Heerlijke douche met krachtige straal. Mooie tuin.

Cons:

De WC stonk. Bijna geen water uit kraan bij wastafel. Geen stoelen op de kamer. Weinig ligbedden bij zwembad.

It was OK but I wouldn't stay there again due to smell in bathroom.
Pros:

Breakfast was the same each and everyday. The toast was hard and felt like it was made days ago.

Hotel style hacienda mais très impersonnel.
Pas d'accès direct à lhotel, il faut sonner et attendre que l'on vous ouvre.
Parking à éviter car ouverture limitée dans la jounée.

la ubicación es excelente, está dentro de la zona más interesante del centro histórico de la ciudad y de restaurantes.
El estilo tipo Hacienda de la propiedad es muy agradable y se siente espacioso.

Podría mejorar la pintura del edificio.

Good price and location but not great experience
Pros:

Great location; staff is very friendly and nice; garden and pool are very relaxing in the middle of the city;

Cons:

Room smelled a lot like paint; no hot water in the shower; the door was very hard to lock/unlock.

We loved this place ! We would stay again and hope to come back
Pros:

We loved the location, decor , ambience and friendly staff ! It was quiet at night . Staff were helpful in arranging a private tour of Uxmal and Kabah for us . Much more quiet at night as not too close to main plaza but very walkable (less than 10 minutes to Cathedral ) Wifi in room was strong

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel but we knew that and wouldn’t stay at one anyway . Breakfast was a little lacking … fruit cut the night before ? Very dry , rock hard bread . Coffee was good !
No English speaking staff after the first day but hey , we are in Mexico
