The hotel itself was not too clean.

Had to leave before what looked like an excellent buffet ready on time

Everything you need is around the hotel

We stay a lot there great service and clean

No me camión de habitación cuando lo solicité porque no había presión en el agua, solicité tres veces que arreglen la presión en el agua para la regadera, lo cual no se hizo, también pedí que me arreglen el teléfono en la habitación del cual no se hizo y cuando pide servicio a la habitación, te cobran la propina y ya obligatoria

The area around the hotel has limited things to do besides the mall, also limited transportation, everything else was average, thank you

It was Good

when we booked first, we made sure it had good reviews and this one had an excellent one, so we were expecting just that.
First the keys given to you at front desk is the same one used for your lights to stay on at room at that was not explained to us upon arrival.
Second the room had a humid smell at all times and was hard to sleep with the odor.
Last the doors look pretty beat up definitely need to be replaced.
Not all is bad it has its amenities, the location is perfect if you want to be by the shopping centers and the Periferico is right by it.
The breakfast was great, and the price was better.

I will never come back!!! To save gas. I needed to tolerate do no have hot water… the staff told be it was because the manager wanted savings…when they had the hotel full. I needed to change the room due to my family and the ladies at reception (terribles and rude) never listened to me. One night; a violent person hit our door. I called to reception and nobody showed up….. there are several options in Chihuahua you can pick. I will never come back.

I stayed at the property at the fiesta Inn and Chihuahua fashion mall everything was perfect as far as check-in and amenities. I had gotten breakfast for 2 and drinks for 2 included in my stay. I had breakfast there and I thought it was included in there as my receipt said so and as your ad states, but they told me that it was not included. I showed the hotel manager that this was included and they wouldn’t believe it. I showed the receipt showed the email confirmation And still they did not honor their end of the bargain of staying there. I am still today June 5 still trying to arrange for payment and it’s checkout time and they still alleged that I got to pay. I’m trying to arrange that so you need to make sure you let the hotel know that included with my stay. I get breakfast and drinks as I picked this hotel because of the free breakfast for two I would love to give five stars but as far as breakfast is concerned and all that I did not wanna pay additional for that, I could’ve left elsewhere or had Uber eats come and deliver what I wanted to eat and get treated More properly as I am accustomed in my vacations I hate to put up bad reviews, but make sure on your Expedia receipt it shows that drinks and breakfast are included in the receipt or else you’re gonna argue for hours thank you

My booking supposedly included breakfast. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing they mentioned was that it was for an extra charge.
That benefit comes from being a OneKey member.

They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the very crowded -and loud - pool. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a room change.

It was ok, average Hotel, has no parking space, heater didn't work

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy. Minimal supplies in bathroom. All things functioned well.

Excellent place. It is only lacking its own parking.

The hotel is a nice area that is within walking distance to mall. Staff was kind and friendly. This hotel offers a great view, but we couldn’t help to notice that our room wasn’t up to our standards for cleanliness. Overall we rate this a four out of five.
