Bad smell in the bathroom on the entire stay. Presence of kitchen cockroaches.
Towels were of a very bad quality. Bed size is quite small for two persons. Balcony was dirty.

Pros:

devo dire appartamento perfetto molto spazioso e comodo, con tutte le comodità compresi. lavatrice e lavastoviglie ancora da usare la prima volta.
Ottima posizione e poi all'interno del complesso ci sta tutto: supermercato, palestra, starbucks e poi palestra e piscina gratis per gli ospiti. metro a 200 metri comodissima per raggiungere il centro. giudizio totale. 9

Apartamentul este mare, curat, 2 bai
Comunicarea cu personalul a fost foarte buna. Foarte ușor am ajuns la locație.

Cons:

La etajul 12 unde am fost noi cazați se simțea un miros puternic de fum de țigară pe hol.
In rest nu am nimic de reproșat.

הדירה מרווחת. יש מבחר בתי קפה קטנים למטה.אהבנו את האפשרות להכנס לבריכה ולחדר כושר.

Cons:

כל הבית מרוהט על פניו יפה ואסטתי
הגימורים והאביזרים פשוטים מאוד.
אין תנור במטבח וזה מינוס
כשפנינו לבעלת הדירה לדעת היכן המפתח או כניסה בצק אין כלום שאלה איך משלמים... לא נעים קבלת פנים כזו והדאגה הבלתי פוסקת לתשלום.

Мястото е добре обзаведено и оборудвано с всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой. Намира се на комуникативно място, осигурени са места за паркиране.

Cons:

Широчината на завесите не е достатъчна - не покриват изцяло прозореца и е некомфортно, тъй като терасата е обща със съседния апартамент.

Great Apartment-Poorly managed
Pros:

The apartment is exceptionally well designed. Nice big rooms and good proportions. A very nice place to stay for a longer period of time. The balconies were great with a very nice view to the lake.

Cons:

The appliances were outdated, very poor maintenance. The apartment looks neglected and needs to be renovated. A bad smell came from the bathroom and we needed to keep the bathroom door closed and the fan on, all the time.

Appartamento enorme, due bagni, open space ampio, posizione comoda se si visita Bucarest in auto.

Mobili non messi benissimo, ma è proprio l'unica pecca rispetto a un servizio quasi perfetto

Апартаментами остались довольны. Думаю еще вернемся.
Pros:

Просторные, чистые апартаменты с современным ремонтом и интерьером. Хороший интернет. На кухне есть все необходимое, даже посудомоечная машина ) Много зеркал, и есть в полный рост что здорово. 2 санузла, тоже порадовало. Рядом отличная кофейня, корейский ресторанчик где удобно, быстро и главное вкусно. Также в жилом комплексе есть магазин Mega, а если хочется прогуляться, в 10 минутах большой Kaufland

Cons:

К сожалению всего 1 ключ. Зайти в парадную не проблема, можно набрать код. А вот апартаменты открываются только ключом. И надо быть внимательным, дверь захлопывается без ключа. Если вы неосторожно закрыли дверь чтоб встретить курьера, например. Обратно не попадете без ключа. У нас так вышло, а персонал работает до 18:00 Не выходите без ключа )
Еще хотелось бы ярче свет в ванной у зеркала. Свет везде приятный, мягкий. Но для определенных целей его не хватает.
