Pros:

I highly recommend the online check-in process and the contactless check-in itself, which even allows for late arrivals. The bottled water in the room and the coffee and tea set are also a nice touch.
The option to borrow games to keep the kids entertained is also great. The visible parts of the room are carefully tidied up.

Cons:

Cleanliness in out-of-sight areas (such as under the bed) is a bigger problem. These areas definitely deserve more attention.
The bed itself is a whole other story. The mattress was very soft (depending on personal preference), worn out, and the bed creaked every time I turned over. This ruined both my rest and my overall positive impression of the accommodations.

Super Ferien
Pros:
