Rezervasyon kuralına uyulmaması
Pros:

Hotelz.com üzerinden 2 gecelik deniz manzaralı oda için rezervasyon yapılmasına karşılık otele vardığımda yer olmadığı belirtilmiştir. Şikayetime karşılık tarafıma 1 gecelik deniz manzaralı olmayan oda sağlanmıştır.

Pros:

Забронировала 2 ночи в данном отеле, оплатила вид на море. В итоге меня заселили в соседний отель с видом на улицу, а есть я ходила в sonnen. Полный бардак вообщем. Рада, что приехала только на 2 ночи. А так Мармарис очень красивый.

Hotellet var møkkete , samme dårlige maten hele tiden. Egner seg ikke for barn. All inkl men hjelper lite når alt er saltet ihjel. Møkkete håndklær og sengetøy . Kort vei til stranda men anbefaler ikke dette til noen. Vi byttet hotell etter 2 dager. Personalet var sure hele tiden og skjønte lite av hva vi sa. Aldri mer dette hotellet .
