Tolle Lage im Herzen von Venedig
Pros:

Tolle, sehr zentrale und schöne Lage - nichts ist wirklich weit weg / außer die Vaporetto Station - hier muss man schon ein bisschen gehen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und sehr gute Auswahl mit tollen Produkten. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist großzügig und hell angelegt. Tolle Pflegeprodukte am Zimmer. Bett & Polster waren auch bequem und das gab einen Ganzkörperspiegel sowie einen ordentlichen Haarföhn :)

Cons:

Die Entfernung zum nächsten Vaporetto ist tatsächlich für uns ein Grund das nächste Mal eher ein anderes Hotel zu wählen, zu dem die An-/Abreise unkomplizierter ist, das hatten wir leider vorab in der Planung nicht berücksichtigt. Ich hätte mir das Zimmer zudem irgendwie ein wenig "netter" vorgestellt, auf der Website sieht es ein bisschen heimeliger und schicker aus, als es tatsächlich war. Wirklich gestört hat uns, dass man die Fenster nicht kippen konnte.

3 nights in Venice at a lovely hotel

Hotel muy recomendable, sin duda alguna
Pros:

En realidad, nos gusto todo sobre todo la ubicación es excelente tan solo a 300 m. de Plaza San Marco,Palacio Ducal etc.
Cogimos una habitación senior y la verdad es que era muy amplia, asi como el lavabo, tambien muy bien equipada con muebles auxiliares, que te hacen la estancia mas agradable.
Poco ruido, alejado de las zonas mas transitables y en una zona muy bonita al lado del Teatro La Fenice.
El desayuno fue inmejorable, mucha variedad y calidad, el personal muy atento a la hora del servicio.
SIN DUDA ALGUNA VOLVEREMOS..........

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, sin mas importancia, reservamos en diciembre y pedimos una habitación con vistas a La Fenice y nos dieron una interior, no pudo ser debido a la alta ocupación.

Central nice hotel which services got a little worse than before
Pros:

I've been staying in this hotel for the second time (last time I've been here 3 years ago). The room is very spacious, location is perfect, breakfast is tasty, there are lots of different lights in the room.

Cons:

I think, since last time many things became not that perfect:
1. There's no vanity kit at all
2. Cleaning was not ideal (I've seen dirt on the floor which stayed there after cleaning)
3. Breakfast dishes were not filled on time- there were nearly 10 minutes when most of the pots were empty.
4. The safe was broken during our stay. The staff helped us and opened it, but that was a stressful moment
5. Some members of the team are strict. No, not rude, but strict

The hotel knew that's our 2nd visit- a compliment from the hotel could be a nice touch... No one has to- just an advice.

Superó mis expectativas y por mucho ! Gracias.
Pros:

la ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza y mi habitación tan grande me encantó. Regresaría sin duda otra vez. Solo un poco de variedad en el desayuno y listo, pero en verdad supero mis expectativas.

La Fenice dream
Pros:

Hotel is near the La Fenice and St Marc square, breakfast is fantastic, special thanks to Rhonda for making us feel welcomed each morning, coffee was perfect, the staff was super nice, the room was great
