Clean, well lit, fantastic location… right off the highway and close to everything!
Pros:

Great location, very affordable.

The hotel was in very good conditions and great locations
Pros:

The pool was clean and warm. My kid has so much fun

Cons:

The poor attention from the personnel.
I had to go to the recepción multiple times to ask for basic inf that should be provided at front desk at the time of arrival

Me gusta mucho la ubicacion, no es la primera ves que me quedo en este hotel

Cons:

Las camas no son muy comodas, hay veces que si y en otras no, y ponerle mas atención en la limpieza.

Nice place, very near to shopping area, clean and comfy.
Pros:

I liked the super comfy beds and the very clean rooms. the parking area was very well distributed and they have an ice machine that help a lot on these hot days.

Cons:

I did not liked that they close the pool really early at night and my kiddo was not allowed to enjoy it for this reason, he was dissapointed.

Not really sure about room as I never seen one.

Cons:

They charged my credit card on Thursday and I should up on Saturday as I reserved. Was told they over booked and they canceled my reservation. They didn’t even have the courtesy to contact me so I could make other arrangements

No confíen en la reservación, pésimo servicio.
Cons:

Nos cancelaron la reserva debido a un problema de sobrecupo, es decir, vendieron más habitaciones de las disponibles. Avisaron por correo, pero al ir viajando no pudimos verlo. Hasta que llegamos al hotel a hacer el check-in, nos enteramos de que se canceló e iban a reembolsarnos el pago. Pregunté si nos podrían dar otras opciones y ofrecieron un cuarto a más del doble del precio de la reserva original, lo cual no tenía sentido. Pedí hablar con el mánager y "casualmente" no estaba, así que nos quedamos sin hotel después de manejar y cansados. Jamás me había pasado esa situación. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, la comunicación con la persona de la recepción es a través de un vidrio, en un espacio en donde sólo se permite una persona a la vez (hay que esperar afuera), lo que da la impresión de que es un lugar sumamente inseguro.
