Meh
Pros:

Needed a bed for the night. It met the minimum requirements. Room was comfortable enough, but not really a good value. I probably would seek other arrangements next time I’m in the area.

Cons:

Overall check-in and check-out. Impersonal and unfriendly. Odd damage deposit procedure.
