Eigentlich schönes Hotel - Nicht das bekommen wofür wir bezahlt haben
Pros:

Eigentlich die Ausstattung, wenn diese zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.

Cons:

Die Sauna und das Fitnessstudio waren im Umbau und es gab kein entgegenkommen weder vom Hotel noch von booking selbst.

One of the the worst
No it is THE WORST
Nobody speaks English I speak 4 languages so imagine I have to go to the lobby to show them a picture of spoon so they understand I booked a superior room yet they try to give me a standard!
Poor breakfast with broken ( toaster, juice dispenser and coffee machine !!!) very limited choices
I asked for a wake up call for important meeting yet they forget
No guest relation employee
When I take to the manager through translator her brilliant replay was u r coming to turkey learn Turkish !!
We are human we could forget !!!
Oh I found spider web under my sofa !!!
Room keeping keep forgetting to fill up tea & coffee tray and I have to beg for water
Broken sink with revered hot & cold handle positions
No restaurant

God stay, terrible arrival experience
Pros:

Balcony good, room clean and comfortable, gym and pool good.

Cons:

Appalling arrival experience. We booked the room from Friday night as we were travelling from England and wouldn't be arriving until 5.30am Saturday morning but wanted to check in straight away so we could sleep. We told the hotel on two occasions this would be happening before our arrival. When we arrived the young man at the desk said the Internet was down and he couldn't check us in and we could sit in a chair and sleep until maybe 7.00am or 8.00am when it would be working again. We were very tired and frustrated.
How can a hotel in 2025 not be able to sign in guests who had told them they would be arriving at 5.30am just because the Internet had gone down. Surely the duty manager could have found us a room to sleep in, instead of leaving a young man to handle this.
We understand it was not the young mans fault, but to not even be offered a drink of water or tea was very poor.
We eventually got to our room 1 & 1/2 hrs later and went to bed. Of course we then missed breakfast which was also annoying.
We were in the hotel for 3 days and no-one came to apologise. The manager surely must have known this had happened. I can't believe they didn't try and reach out and say sorry. It was if they just didn't care.
