We had a fantastic stay at Paro Sant Danang Hotel — everything was tip-top. The location is excellent, right across from the beach, which is super convenient.

The skybar is absolutely amazing — definitely a highlight with a great atmosphere and view. The staff was outstanding, especially the reception team: very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Our room was clean, modern, and a good size. The hotel itself also looks great — modern, clean, and well maintained inside. We also ordered food, and everything worked smoothly.

Breakfast was okay (solid, but not the main highlight), but overall the value for money is incredible.

Highly recommended — we would stay here again!

Awesome experience at Parosand Da Nang ! Located at the prime location across beach . Rooms were very clean when we came , staff was super courteous and addressed our queries immediately.

Visited this hotel last November 2025, upon arrival the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is surprisingly big for its price. Very spacious, clean and we can see the partial view of the beach which is really relaxing for us. The location is near the beach and a lot of other establishments like restaurants, spas and coffee shops where you can just go around and enjoy Vietnam. And then there is the breakfast buffet. Super good quality food and plenty of choices for you to enjoy. I really liked our stay in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family if they wanted to visit Vietnam.

Me and family had an awesome stay at the Parosand Da Nang. All the hotel services were not only as promised but also delivered perfectly - right from pre Arrival support, Airport pick up, check in, room housekeeping, breakfast, Tour arrangements, etc. Particularly enjoyed the Christmas celebrations at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Overall will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Room was clean, breakfast was delicious offering a variety of options, pool was beautiful and beach across from hotel was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was next to some good food place. A little noisy at night, but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, having spent extra money to stay on the Main Street in Da Nang with a sea view room. The first morning of our stay, we had little to no hot water for our showers. This was disappointing and obviously unpleasant. We advised the front desk when leaving for the day to tour they said they will handle it and took our room number. It was a senior staff member who took our information and assured us it would be taken care of. The next morning we had had the same experience. We checked out and our tour guide asked how our stay was.z. We explained our experience and he escalated to their main office. This is where it gets worse. They insisted that no one had told them about the issue and that it was his and our fault for not telling them sooner. Complete bs. I messaged the hotel to follow up using their WhatsApp concierge service and they were completed unhelpful in providing me the persons name I talked to; avoiding any responsibility and using the guise of they don’t share staff information. I should have simply asked the person for his name at the outset to hold him and the hotel accountable but didn’t. Nonetheless, having a “four star” hotel lie about not hearing of our issues and then returning blame on us if absolutely unacceptable and quite unethical. Further, they would not help and showed complete lack of care or concern for our issue. They have not gone silent. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. While it looks good in the pics, the service and ethics do not exist. I would not be surprised if they steal from their guests as well.

There are many other hotels to choose from. Do not choose this one.

Very great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and loved the hospitality. Food is great and they have a lot of variety in breakfast. Rooms very very clean. And the hotel is by the beach so you can enjoy the beach view as well.

Parosand Danang Hotel is a beautiful Hotel, rooms are comfortable and loved by family. Breakfast spread includes all popular cuisines.

Thankyou to the team at hotel Parosand! The Xmas party was the high light for us, super entertainment and canapes. Our room was the executive family suite, spacious and clean with lovely views. Breakfast was superb too

Among the many hotels in Da Nang, Vietnam, the parosand hotel was so good. It was clean, friendly, and I am very satisfied. I would like to use it again when I come to Da Nang next time.
