Pros:

A tucked away gem in Salem
Pros:

I liked how the team works with a passion. Everyone serves a purpose of ensuring guests have a lovely stay. I must give special mention to chef Gopi, who very personally recieved our order, understood our preference, and catered to us. Hello provided something called the chef Gopi's special biriyani which was too good. Truly the most memorable event of our stay. Hello even gave us a tour of the kitchen.

I don't remember when was the last time I helped myself to another serving at a hotel breakfast, but I did at this hotel's restaurant. It was excellent.

Location was very good. Value for money hotel. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Wish to see safety locker installed in guest rooms. Restaurant Menu selection needs to be enhanced. Car parking facility needs to be improved with additional space to park cars. Extremely limited parking space for hotel guests which makes entry & exit out of the hotel parking lot challenging.
