Improve your service level "policy"
Pros:

The place and the room are great! The room cleaning stuff too. Good shower and good bathroom. Almost the perfect hotel but...

Cons:

Its impossible to buy softdrinks or water after 09:30 pm. ??!!?? They say that's policy of the hotel. They said you con go minimarket 3 blocks away. This kind of "policy" is far away from 4 or 5 stars hotel.
Same at the pool bar. I paid in check-in 4.000 Baht deposit for room with empty minibar. No problem. But on the poolbar I had to discuss 10min that they give me a softdrink charging on my room.
This is not a expected service level for a hotel with this prices.
I have curiosity if the hotel management will be brave enough to answer...

​Ich kenne das Mytt Beach Hotel noch aus besseren Zeiten (2024 war hier alles noch im Lot), aber was sich hier mittlerweile abspielt, grenzt an ein soziologisches Experiment in Sachen Gästeschikane und mangelnder Hygiene. Dieses Etablissement hat absolut nichts mehr mit einem 5-Sterne-Niveau zu tun. Wer hier bucht, macht sich selbst zum Bittsteller.

​Die „Highlights“ meines Grauens:

​Der Empfang & Schikane-Regime: Schon beim Check-in wird man mit einer unverschämten Deposit-Forderung pro Nacht konfrontiert. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch das „Rollup des Grauens“, das abends an der Rezeption aufgestellt wird: Jeder Gast, der nach Mitternacht das Hotel betritt, wird wie ein potenzieller Schwerverbrecher einer offiziellen Gesichtskontrolle unterzogen. Totale Überwachung statt Gastfreundschaft. Selbst mitgebrachte Speisen und Getränke werden wie Schmuggelware behandelt.

​Der Poolbereich – Ekelalarm & Arktis-Feeling: Am Pool angekommen, schwelgt die digitale Temperaturanzeige mit stolz deklarierten 28 Grad Wassertemperatur noch in nostalgischen Erinnerungen an den letzten Sommer. In Wahrheit gleicht der Pool einem Eiswasser-Becken für Kryokonservierung. Doch der wahre Schock ist das Klientel: Größere Gruppen von Gästen nutzen den Pool mangels Badehose im „Ganges-Modus“ und klatschen in mittellangen, kackbraunen Unterhosen ins Wasser. Wer auf synchronschwimmenden Feinripp-Fehltritt und akuten Ekelalarm steht, ist hier richtig. Die Poolbar selbst? Eine Geisterstadt. Außer einem einsamen Handtuch-Jungen ist dort niemand zu sehen, geschweige denn ein Drink zu bekommen.

​Zustand der Zimmer & Service-Katastrophe: Wer eine Stauballergie hat, sollte dieses Hotel weiträumig umgehen. Auf dem Desk unter dem Fernseher lag der Staub so zentimeterdick, dass meine Gattin dort problemlos Nachrichten auf Thai hinterlassen konnte.

แอร์ตัดเสียงดังทุกๆ 7-8 นาทีแล้วเสียงลมแรงมากสักพักก้อเงียบแล้วก้อร้อน นอนไม่หลับเพราะเสียงแอร์ตัด
เวลคัมดิ้ง ควรจะยกมาให้ตอนลูกค้าเช็คอิน ไม่ควรให้ลูกค้าไปติดต่อเค้าท์เตอร์ เพื่อจะรับน้ำเอง ควรจ

Cons:

Все впечатление испортилось от залога, который берут с карты. Обещали вернуть средства в течении 4 дней, прошло более 14 дней. Деньги не вернули. Так же при выселении, попросили ожидать, пока проверят номер, ждали почти 1 час, никто не подошел, пока сам не подошел. Сказали, с номером все ок, можете идти. А где деньги?
