Mytt Hotel Pattaya

Really lovely hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming - they cannot do enough for you. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. The only downside of the hotel is that the pool is always in shade.

An excellent hotel . Location is very good , central and close to many things including 2 mins from tge beach. About 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 Mall . Excellent staff and always available to help . Buffet breakfast was very good serving variety of food . They have a nice infinity roof top swimming but the water was so cold that I couldn’t use it .

Great hotel and amazing staff. All so helpful and friendly and all were very good with the children.
Hotel was so clean and the food was really good too.
Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast is not good but behaviar of sraff is very good spicialy mr.itt. and the pool is very windy so i can not sit in there

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff who also respect your privacy — they don’t bother you even when you bring back a guest.

Rooms are clean and quiet.

Some reviews mention weak water pressure, but I had no issues at all. In fact, the pressure on the 18th floor was strong.

Cons:

The hotel charges a 1,000 baht deposit per day and actually charges your credit card instead of just placing a hold. This means you may lose money due to currency fluctuations when the refund comes back.

The in-room safe can be opened with the room access card, which defeats the purpose of having a safe. It means anyone with access to your room — guests or housekeeping — could open it.

The hotel was very clean, staff were all very friendly. Attention to detail was second to none. The staff couldn’t have been better, helping with everything and always with a smile. Would love to stay again.

Very clean and well-decorated hotel lobby and room. The staff greets you every time you walk through the door with a Sawadee Ka and a big smile. The bathroom is very nice, has a big rainfall shower head, and large mirrors for getting ready for a night out. Plenty of good food options close to the hotel. I suggest trying Digga Burger for an American-style hamburger at a good price. The only reason it gets a 4-star is the pool area. It is never in the sun, so you have to go to the beach if you want to work on your tan. Lots of rules when you check in, and if you're planning to have guests at your hotel, this might not be the place for you.

Clean room, comfy beds! Working TV and a/c. Bathroom was clean and roomy.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. English speaking staff.
The hotel is across from a few bars - pro if you're into that. If you want a quiet area, this hotel may not be for you.

I did not like the 4,000 baht deposit at check-in I also didn't like 1,000 baht charge for bringing a guest to my room. Especially after talking to other single people staying at the hotel who told me they weren't charged for bringing a guest.and finally at the pool bar in the hotel i was charged for 4 drinks when I only ordered 3 drinks.

I’m giving 3 stars because the design of the hot water system is inadequate and they refuse to rectify it. Depending on the time of day of your shower the temperature could be lukewarm/temperature of the header tank on the roof.

Buffet breakfast has very limited options. Outdoor security staff very threatening.

Overall good experience. Good location. Staff is helpful. I will stay again this hotel.

We stayed at Mytt hotel for 9 nights. Great hotel with very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The room and the hotel public areas are clean and pleasant. Good breakfast. Great pool. The only thing that bothered us one time in the pool, was that there were some guys who brought a loudspeaker and listened in very loud volume to their music and it interrupted the quiet and relaxe that we needed and wanted. besides that we had a great stay at the Mytt hotel.

The hotel was beautiful with the friendliness and most accommodating staff. The entire staff is excellent! Good buffet breakfast included and comfortable, luxurious room with an amazing view. They even decorated the bed for my birthday and even gave me a card! Highly recommend this hotel.

I have been this hotel for five times,I very live tis hotel in pattaya because the front desk and all staff,even is the housekeeper!
And this time we met a front desk her service is very good! I remember her name is SIRI !!!
If i can do anything for her i will give her five star for her service!
