Important information:

The property will be undergoing construction some parts of hotel (15th floor). The construction will take place from 10:00-15:00 everyday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Not good enough. Way better hotels. Avoid.
Pros:

Location was ok
Gym and pool were ok

Cons:

Hidden fee of 1000 baht if anyone wants to visit at anytime. Dishonest, overpriced and annoying. Would not give a full refund upon learning this. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth upon arrival.

My stay had great staff and a convenient location, but the bar noise and mosquitos in the room made
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel it’s within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. However, there was no breakfast available and no on‑site restaurant.

When I first checked in, I was given a smaller room even though I booked a deluxe room. They said it was because of noise from the bar on the street, but no one asked whether I wanted a smaller room. I eventually had to tell the front desk to switch me back to the larger room I originally booked, which I was not happy about.

Overall, the location was great and the staff were excellent, but the room situation at check‑in was disappointing.

Cons:

I didn’t like my deluxe room because the noise from the bar was very loud and the bar stayed open until around 4 a.m. Another issue was the mosquitos there were mosquitos inside my room, and I was bitten multiple times, which I was not happy about.

Pros:

C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels où l'on a séjourné.
Bien lumineux, bien situé à côté du terminal 21, la plage.
Il on même un balance dans la chambre pour le valise c'est chouette. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, et très bon.
