Estaba limpio, y el baño era muy grande.

Cons:

No había calefacción en el baño, al salir de la ducha te helabas.
La cuna del bebé no estaba sujeta y le faltaba una rueda.
La mesa auxiliar también se movía mucho y no se podía poner nada encima, porque rodaba todo y se caía al suelo.
